The WiP Center is FETTE′s integrated system for fast and reliable supplies of water, cleaning additives and hot air for drying to the WiP machines and WiP peripheral devices. Extremely hygienic membrane valves, together with orbitally welded pipe work, achieve the maximum cleaning performance at the same time as the lowest possible water consumption. All the pressure valves are fitted with safety sensors to ensure the safety of the process.

UNDERCHASSIS WASHING PLANT
The underchassis washing plants by RAIMONDI S.r.l. are an innovative washing system, able to answer specific technical requests efficiently.
They are characterized by a high level of automation and by the possibility to shape different washing positions in a personalized lay-out so as to solve any special request and to satisfy any space and washing necessity.
A management computerized control system assures the functioning of the plant and promptly solves any eventual fault.

Fully automatic load transfer systems are engineered for high throughput washing applications in situations where labor reduction is warranted or where process control is critical. Featuring the Magnus air powered articulating load transfer system; the loads are automatically transferred from stage to stage in both our rotating and non-rotating systems.
These systems can be configured with all of the stages and options available with our manual load transfer systems, and be combined with Magnus dryers or blow offs as well as other operations such as demagnetizers, inspection booths, dip coaters, etc.

Tap water is made up of a large number of constituents, such as lime and salts. Untreated tap water is only suitable for air humidification if it contains very small quantities of lime and salts. Even the constituents of medium-hardness water can cause serious problems. For trouble-free, 100 % hygienic air humidification, the DRAABE 'PerPur' reverse osmosis plant produces ultra-clean, partially desalinated water. A variety of sizes and an extensive accessories range allow flexible customisation to handle specific tasks.
Principle of function:
Water is pushed through a diaphragm under high pressure. In the process, salts, lime and micro-impurities (colloids) are filtered out and scavenged as concentrate. The process water is up to 99% desalinated and practically germ-free.
Application:
Recommended for all DRAABE air humidification systems.

Rotary drum machines (or Archimedes's screw) work with water solutions and particularly suitable for the treatment of all those items of little-mid dimensions, not so delicate, which require degreasing, rinsing and drying. Pieces are bulked loaded into the hopper (manually or through opportune device) so to arrive to the rotary drum conveyor for the treatment phases whereas the warm cleaner is sprayed violently through spraying nozzles opportunely positioned.
After the degreasing phase and chips removal during which contaminating substances are removed items go through a neutral zone for draining before being rinsed and/or passivated and finally dried with hot recirculated air.

INDEX-6® manufactures machines for rinsing and drying of glass and plastic containers. Depending on the concrete application we offer linear and rotary rinsing machines that work with various combinations of rinsing solutions – water, ozone treated water, hydrogen peroxide solution, sterile air, hot air, steam. When a large variety of containers types and shapes is used in the factory, we offer our universal linear gripping rinsing machine model IND-Wash 56. It can be very easily adjusted for operation with different containers. It is capable to work with cylindrical, flat and polyhedral containers with volumes ranging from 0.12 to 1.7 liters in its standard edition. Special editions of this machine can work with containers up to 3 liters. For glass and plastic bottles we have designed and supply rotary machines from the IND-Wash 55 series. It comprises machines with different size - with 9 to 60 rinsing valves – that correspond to capacities from 1000 to 20 000 bph. For moderate capacities, under 6000 containers/hour, in conserved food factories, a very good solution
is the IND-Wash 52 steaming machine. It comprises a loading rotating table, variable speed handling device and turn-and-rinse device.
