Sprymaster plants are washing booths provided with fixed or rotating internal platform for spray washing with a water-based detergent.
Operation is clean, odourless and fully isolated from the surrounding environment. The spraying chamber is closed by a front door driven by one or two pneumatic cylinder(s) or a motor reducer and racks. The ducts of the spraying nozzle network are oriented in the washing chamber.
The jet configuration has been arranged in such a way as to cover the surface of the items being treated through a procedure which includes chemical, mechanical and thermal functions.

The standard Microclean Compact 4-stage aqueous cleaning system (heated ultrasonic clean, rinse, rinse, warm air dry) suits a wide range of cleaning needs in aerospace, automotive, electronics and other industries. Closed loop high purity deionised water rinsing provides organic and ionic cleanliness superior to MIL standard.

Drum washing plants are particularly suitable for the continuous and at random treatment of small and medium-sized pieces, such as screws, bolts and small metal pieces in general. The material is moved forward by the slow rotation (at variable speed) of a cylinder, which contains a spiral at preset pitch. During the advancement motion, parts undergo cycles of treatment. Spiral continuous and slow rotation allows the movement of the pieces and the consequent removal of grease or swarf and drying them perfectly. The loading operations can be either manual or automated through automatic loading devices.

The Formula 950 rotary drum washer is designed for aqueous cleaning and drying of small parts either in batches or in-line with production conveyors.
Components are first carried through immersion and power jet washes at constant speed via an Archimedes screw. After draining, they are dried by hot turbo-blown air, emerging down the exit chute clean, dry and ready for use.

The Proceco TYPHOON® MD is suitable for cleaning small workpieces such as screw-machine parts, fasteners, small die castings and stampings. The rotary drum tumbles the workpieces so that all surfaces are exposed to the spray-cleaning jets.
The washer is completely automatic and the operator loads the parts into a chute on the entrance end of the drum, with the cleaned parts being automatically discharged at the opposite end.

Any treatment of washing that employing liquid solutions, needs a deep and turbolent contact between the detergent and the contaminant agent that cover the parts to treat.
Agito plants combine immersion cleaning with agitation by vertical movement. This movement allows a continuous renew of the liquid in contact with the parts to treat, this permit to obtain better results in comparison with an usual static cleaning. The vertical agitation is obtained thanks to a pneumatic cylinder, placed behind the vat, which is connected to the loading platform. It is possible make multi stage plants in semiautomatic or automatic version, by aligning the single units according to the cycle of treatment.

The hydrokinetic washers exploit the mechanical action of the liquid (usually water and detergent or water-based solvent), moved at high pressure and flow-rate inside a washing chamber that includes a rotating drum holder.
Typical applications include the treatment of considerable amounts of turned items, inserted in large drums, although other pieces, also of large size, can be directly placed inside them.
The combined action of the moved liquid and the rotation of the pieces around their axis facilitates the removal of oily residues, and especially of all process residues.
The washing cycle is based on a spray phase and an immersion phase, during which the detergent solution is shaken vigorously. This combines the chemical action of the degreaser with the mechanical action of the jets.
This procedure may be followed by a rinsing phase and by air or air-vacuum drying.

The patented MFR is a well-designed chamber cleaning system with multiple process stages for demanding cleaning tasks involving complex components. TYPHOON® HD Heavy-Duty Turntable Washer
Proceco's heavy-duty turntable power-spray cabinet washer, dubbed the TYPHOON® HD, is designed to clean and rinse large parts (2000-20,000 lb.) or small parts batches loaded in baskets. Applications include degreasing, surface treatment and phosphating. This machine has features to extend solution life and reduce waste-disposal costs. It uses hot, low-concentration detergent solutions in a closed loop to clean parts.
The initial aqueous recirculated wash cycle is followed by a hot water recirculated power-spray rinse to remove remaining detergent residue. Proceco parts washers with recirculated rinse have two integrated storage tanks, one for the wash solution and another for the rinse solution. Each tank has its own heating system and pump feeding separate spray manifolds in the main spray cabinet. TYPHOON® HD's design features a large solution tank volume to reduce the likelihood of foaming due to reduced agitation by pumping action, and to help to settle contamination. This also reduces the tank cleanout frequency. A pressure/flow control valve allows users to adjust pressure to specified levels. This model can also be customized to handle a variety of complex components.

TYPHOON® RCP Reciprocating Nozzle Frame Washer
The Proceco model TYPHOON® RCP is a batch-type power-spray washer designed to use water-based solutions to clean large, heavy workpieces. The double sliding doors permit top loading with a hoist or front loading with a forklift, and minimize floor space.
Typical applications would be die washing or cleaning of diesel engine blocks prior to remanufacture.
The basic model features a single circulating wash stage. Freshwater rinse and a full circulating second stage are available as options.
