Key's Direct StreamTM Wash System is an integrated, patent pending method of washing and centrifugally drying fresh cut produce. From Key's Freshline group of products, Direct StreamTM ensures that cut products are "streamed" in a uniform and regulated manner through the wash to the centrifuge's drums.
Direct StreamTM Wash Systems offers effective log reductions of bacteria by using multistage wash systems in series.

Fully automatic load transfer systems are engineered for high throughput washing applications in situations where labor reduction is warranted or where process control is critical. Featuring the Magnus air powered articulating load transfer system; the loads are automatically transferred from stage to stage in both our rotating and non-rotating systems.
These systems can be configured with all of the stages and options available with our manual load transfer systems, and be combined with Magnus dryers or blow offs as well as other operations such as demagnetizers, inspection booths, dip coaters, etc.

1 / 6 - DRYER
An automatic fabric dryer specifically used for the treatment of parts after they have been galvanized. It uses new generation solvents which do not harm the ozone layer.
The baskets handling system is completely automatic and is managed by a PLC which is easy to program using the tactile screen.

Ultrasonics: piezoelectric and magnetostrictive ultrasonic generators, flanged or bulkhead mount submersible transducers. Available work frequencies from 18 to 100 kHz. Modular construction of the piezoelectric units allow to supply a generator also with different frequencies.
Automation: 2 or 3 axes handling systems with load capacity up to 1000 kg.
Air and Water treatment: water softeners, reverse osmosis, active carbon water filtration systems and manual or automatic water demineralising systems, ultra-filtration systems and evaporators under vacuum which allow to work environment-friendly. Extraction, filtration and air treatment systems (powders and vapours), clean rooms.
Painting: manual or automatic water veil or dry cabins, pre-drying modules and dryers.
NDT: Automatic FPI Dye-Pen, wash and developer systems.

Macofar washing machines WM 8400
The Macofar Washing machine WM 8000 series can work with up to four different fluids (pre-washing through untrasonic bath, demi-water or recycled water, distilled water or water for injection). Siliconization of the containers (vials, ampoules, ...) at the end of the cycle is also available on request.
The WM 8400/16 has a max. output of 24.000 vials per hour with a max. container diameter of 25,4 mm. The WM 8400/8 offers a max. output of 12.000 vials per hour, but a container diameter up to 52 mm.
All the water tanks can be located inside the machine frame. All pumps, filters, piping, mechanical components are located at the back of the machine, accessible through transparent guards.
The operator interface is provided by a color touch screen panel, which also facilitates storage of parameters from previous batches, such as
- machine speed
- infeed conveyor speed
- washing time
- drying time

The WiP Center is FETTE′s integrated system for fast and reliable supplies of water, cleaning additives and hot air for drying to the WiP machines and WiP peripheral devices. Extremely hygienic membrane valves, together with orbitally welded pipe work, achieve the maximum cleaning performance at the same time as the lowest possible water consumption. All the pressure valves are fitted with safety sensors to ensure the safety of the process.

The Atlantis is a washing cabin for the washing and drying of bins, drums and pallets.
The machine is PLC/HMI operated and is fitted with one manual door with inflatable seal and a rotating platform. The AirJetStream fast drying system is included for high throughput (up to 3 bins/hour with one cabin).
