System of Extraction and
decantation of Abrasive Muds
SEBA
Eductor continues abrasive deposit for
installations of cutting jet of water:
It is using a particular drain that the abrasive deposit is continuously aspired, in a simultaneous and reliable way, at various places of the basin of cutting and guided towards a container of decantation with one or two Big Bags. The water which runs out by Big Bags is filtered and repompée towards the places of aspiration of the basin of cutting by means of a system of washing to counter-current to guarantee a cycle of aspiration. The fine sands deposited in the tank Re-are also pumped in the basin of cutting. Doors simplify the withdrawal of Big Bags filled.
Advantages:
Better profitability thanks to a reliable process and with a reduction of the expenses of evacuation of the deposit.
Process of aspiration and washing with completely automatic counter-current.
High rate of decantation thanks to the use of second Big Bag.
Return of water filtered to the basin of cutting.
Possible process of decantation until a distance of 5 m of the basin of cutting.
Extension simplified for static basins of cutting until 2x3 m2
Volume of evacuation decreased thanks to the deposit drying oven.
Handling facilitated for an effective transport of Big-Bags |

Non-stop operation with MAHLE automatic filters
To remain competitive, companies must use every potential to raise their productivity. For this reason, production processes are being increasingly automated. The capacity of machine and plant should be utilized completely. They can run in 24-hour operation only if certain requirements are fulfilled. To be able to comply with the high quality requirements on the workpieces to be manufactured, working fluids must be treated and regenerated. Product media must satisfy the requirements exactly and high safety requirements on plants and processes must be maintained. Furthermore, maintenance and disposal activities must not interfere with plant operation or interrupt it. The filtering of liquids, pastes and similar materials with automatic filter systems is therefore becoming increasingly popular in industry because it enables economic operation without downtimes. MAHLE automatic filters have captured further areas of application through the advantage of rational non-stop operation with automatic cleaning processes which eliminate the need for further disposal activities.
MAHLE automatic filters are used with:
Cooling lubricants for metal cutting operations as well as sheet metal shaping,
Marine consumables such as engine oil and fuel,
Washing fluids for industrial parts and vehicles,
The manufacturing and processing of grease, oil, pastes or adhesives,
Other fluids or products such as miscella, water, chocolate, dough and fruit pulp. |

| ACT/CUBE : 3D nesting software aimed at professionals specialized in cutting materials such as foam, polystyrene, polyurethane, marble, wood or deep-frozen food. From a set of raw-material blocks and a set of outputs to be produced, ACT/CUBE automatically calculates the 3D layout, for significant savings in terms of time and material. Thanks to a powerful optimization algorithm, ACT/CUBE enables you to quickly execute very compact 3D assemblies. The software optimizes the use of material not only within a block but also by choosing the best blocks to be used. ACT/CUBE also enables you to reuse offcuts as a priority. ACT/CUBE produces edge to edge cutting plans adapted to the different cutting technologies (wire, blade, saw, etc.) and offers many specialized features. ACT/CUBE can be easily coupled with Production Management and ERP systems. |

TOOL SIMUL is a calculation software of the optimum conditions for cut according to many parameters workshop (standard of cutting tools, property of material, power to the spindle machine, depth of cut, etc).
It also makes it possible to capitalize the know-how of the companies while making it possible to adapt the model of calculation according to the experience feedbacks of the operators.
TOOL SIMUL is a software of the continuation "Numerical Workshop" of SPRING TECHNOLOGIES. |

Retsch SM 2000 cutting mills are especially high performance and user-friendly machines for crushing tough, medium-hard, soft, elastic, brittle and fibrous materials. Running slowly or quickly with different rotors and hoppers, they crush a wide range of materials, eg:: waste samples, plastic parts, biological substances, food and animal feed and beverage cans. The SM 2000 mills are therefore ideal for research, testing and operational laboratories, for technical training facilities or for creating samples in production.
Further model: SM 100.
Product Advantages:
powerful size reduction, even of heterogeneous mixtures
defined final fineness
low heat build-up
wide range of accessories for universal use
central locking device
fold-back housing
easy cleaning
robust, safe design
2-year warranty, CE-conforming |

Cutting mills are particularly well suited for comminution of soft to medium-hard, fibrous or tough materials (including plastics). They are frequently also used in the preparation of heterogeneous substance mixtures. In this type of mill, samples are comminuted through cutting and shearing. The fineness is determined by a sieve insert. In cutting mills, it should be possible to remove the grinding parts with minimal or no use of tools so that cleaning can be performed quickly and efficiently.
For control of the wearing and abrasion, hard metal tungsten carbide can also be used as the grinding tool material in place of various steels. The cutting mill combination and the power cutting mill are particularly well suited for coarse comminution (e.g. environmental work) |

CoroMill 490
Sandvik Coromant has launched the first of a new generation of shoulder mills, the CoroMill 490, which reduces machining costs by up to 25 per cent. CoroMill 490 is a high-precision tool for applications where reduced depths of cut and less final machining are required, as with the near net shape precision forgings and castings used by machine shops for higher productivity. Less, but more precise, work is needed on these castings and forgings. This is possible with the four edge insert design of CoroMill 490 and reduces substantially the cost per component for customers.
CoroMill 390
A new range of damped silent tools from Sandvik Coromant is bringing substantial performance benefits to complement the existing range of long and slender CoroMill® 390 milling cutters. Integrated dampening offers more efficient, vibration free machining to improve the performance of cutting tools working in deep cavities and pockets. The stabilization of the machining process in this way provides wider machine utilization for face and shoulder milling, especially in long overhangs and will boost the capabilities of long reaching tools.Reducing vibration in often tricky situations provides the confidence needed to increase the cutting parameters without compromising work piece quality. This enables the achievement of greater machining success with the CoroMill® 390 - including improved component surface finish and longer tool life. |
|
CoroMill 390 is the most versatile facemill on the market for better accessibility. It offers an opportunity to reach the best productivity for each specific type of operation - just by combining the most suitable cutter pitch with the most relevant insert geometry and grade.
CoroMill 390 is the first choice cutter for versatile facemilling.
