The Miltek X-Press 100, 200 & 300 are waste compactors for mixed waste. The waste is compacted directly into a
plastic bag enabling you to compact even moist waste in a convenient and hygenic way.

Waste compactors and top-loaded balers
ORWAK 5030 - the classic in-bag compactor - is a small and versatile machine that reduces the waste volume by up to 10:1. Compaction into bags prevents spills and odour.
5030 Marine (with telescopic cylinder) is a special version for ships and off shore installations.
ORWAK 5030-NHD compacts hazardous waste, such as glass and cans/tins containing residual paint, oil and other chemical remains directly into drums for safer and easier disposal.
Top-loaded balers in ORWAK’s assortment are ORWAK 5010-E, 5031/5031-E and 6040-HDC. ORWAK 5031/5031-E alter between producing bales and compacting waste into bags. Model 5031-E has a larger chamber than 5031.

Fully automatic system with silo buffer
The RUNI Silo System has been designed to compact large amounts of material by using a silo as a buffer during peak periods. This saves labour costs and avoids wasted time and manpower, as the self-contained pre-crusher has considerably larger capacity than the compactor.
The pre-crusher and the compactor are separate units in a typical fully automated silo system. The material is fed into a Heavy Duty Pre-crusher with high-capacity, and after this it is blown through a system of pipes to the silo. The silo automatically distributes the material on to one or more compactors at the ideal rate.
Silo systems can also be used when compacting dust, or when limited space means that the feed hopper and compactor must be separate, for example on a separation line, where the pre-crusher can be located in the unloading area, while the compactor and silo are located in a separate room.

The machine is fitted with hydraulic/electrically-controlled jaws, which allow it to maintain an almost constant compression pressure.
Power consumption
Primary motor 5.5 kW
Hydraulic pump 0.55 kW
Pre-crusher motor 1.1 kW or 5.5 kW
Capacity
This machine can compact approx. 75 kg of EPS per hour (approx. 110 fish boxes with lids) or 3,000 half-litre PET bottles per hour.

RUNI SK120 Screw Compactor
Compact and user-friendly screw compactor for EPS
Save money by reducing waste-collection
Save space and handling costs at the warehouse
Takes up limited space – can even be located under the pallet rack
The RUNI SK120 is the perfect solution for environmentally conscious supermarkets, electronics and appliance retailers, fish companies and other companies who want to minimise their waste costs. It is a small compactor for companies with limited, but continuous, quantities of EPS which can be managed by feeding manually. With dimensions of only 1.75 x 2.95 x 0.50 m (HxLxW), it is easy to find space for the machine in the warehouse or on the production line.
The SK120 compacts EPS in the ratio 50:1. This gives a density of about 300 kg/m³. The compactor is equipped with an easy-to-read ammeter, which makes it very easy to adjust the compaction.
Capacity
The machine compacts about 18-20 kg EPS per hour (about 30 fish boxes with lids).
Energy consumption
Motor 1.5 kW

The BaleTainer® from Strautmann Umwelttechnik GmbH is a new and unique machine for compaction of paper, cardboard packagings and emptied PET bottles. With a filling comfort of Presscontainers and the bale result of a 180 t channel baling presses a new generation was developed in the waste management technology.
The large filling enables the input of big cardboards (approx. 130 x 200 cm) or up to 17,500 1,0 l PET bottles. The filling of the presschamber, the output and binding of the bales is all automatic!
The compact design (approx. 200 x 500cm) is provided by an innovative pressconcept. The BaleTainer presses a bale in three slices and not as usual in one piece. Thereby are less pressing forces, energy and space required.
The mill size bales are optimal for direct marketing. 100% truck and container load!

The T4 was engineered for machining the largest size of aerospace structural parts.Carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) has been extensively applied to aerospace structural parts to reduce the weight of aircraft and improve their fuel economy. The use of titanium alloys has also been increasing recently because their coefficient of thermal expansion is compatible with that of CFRP. Machining productivity is extremely low for titanium alloys because their hard-to-cut nature limits the cutting speed owing to the relationship with tool wear. Makino has developed the T4 to improve machining productivity for these hard-to-cut materials. Typical machining applications for the T4 include edge frames and pylons.

Sturdy, accurate and absolutely reliable, the new TRIM series by Belotti is the show-piece of t-axis machining centers dedicated to the trimming of plastic and composite materials. Like the previous MKN model, the new TRIM machining center ensures extreme accessibility to the work area, so that the workpiece-holder template can be accessed without any problems.
The adjustment and working qualities of the TRIM series machining centers meet any needs fully in terms of machining speed and quality. Among the various optionals automated loading/unloading systems (rotary tables and parallel loaders) enable tooling the machining center quickly and saving precious time.
