Memmert waterbaths are available in six model sizes and two performance classes. In addition to the Basic class for standard thermostating tasks, the Excellent version provides precise test procedures with a maximum of safety: electronic overtemperature control and a wide range of visual and acoustic signals, for example if the filling level is too low, for overtemperature, but also for input acknowledgement or the end of the programme. In the largest model an optional circulation pump provides an even better thermal uniformity of the water. Choose from: 6 model sizes (7l to 45l); A extensive range of optional accessories, e.g. flat or gable lid, shaking device, reversible shelf, test tube racks; State-of-the-art control technology of the Basic and Excellent performance classes for all models
Can be optionally equipped with water level control.
The superior heating concept of the Memmert ovens is also to be found in the waterbaths. Protected from water, but still close to the load, the heating lies under deep drawn and easy to clean ribs. Through the positioning of the heating elements in the floor and side walls, a natural mixing of the tempering fluid arises, providing better temperature uniformity in the bath.

Shaking Water Baths
JULABO shaking water baths with seamless, splash-water protected keypad offer a high operating comfort. The bright MULTI-DISPLAY (LED) indicating up to 6 temperature values is visible from across the lab. Advanced MICROPROCESSOR technology with PID temperature control eliminates temperature overshoot and provides high temperature stability. The built-in timer simplifies time-dependent applications. The RS232 interface allows on-line communication with PC. Sensitive samples in the bath are well protected: As soon as the high and low temperature limits are reached an interval tone sounds. If the liquid in the bath reaches a minimum, a complete shut-down is effected and a permanent signal tone sounds. Instruments are conceived for unsupervised continuous operation. Bath tanks and all parts in contact with the bath liquid are made of high-grade stainless steel.

JULABO Water Baths with bath volumes from 2 up to 26 liters
With the TW series JULABO offers high-quality water baths with MICROPROCESSOR technology and a temperature stability of ±0.2 °C. The working temperature range of +20 up to +99.9 °C offers many application possibilities, e.g. routine laboratory applications, temperature control of samples, incubations, dental applications, material testing, corrosion tests, tempering of cultures as well as temperature testing of food and luxury articles. The units are provided with overall splash-water protection and have a keypad for temperature settings and with temperature indication (LED) for easy operation. Dry-running protection as well as optical and acoustical warnings, and switch-off functions, offer maximum protection for sensitive goods which require to be temperature controlled. This product series includes four models with filling volumes from 2 up to 26 liters. There are a wide range of accessories including test tube racks. Lift-up Makrolon covers are available for all models providing dust protection and the avoidance of steam formation.

LAUDA Aqualine - the universal water baths for the laboratory up to 95 °C.
The LAUDA Aqualine is the start of the thermostating chain for research and industrial purposes, and offers an economical introduction into the world of thermostating. Easy operation via the digital LED display enables fast start-up without the need for complicated settings.
Typical applications: the preparation of cytobiological or medical samples for analysis, pre-thermostating of environmental samples for spectroscopic analysis
Safety at all costs:
The innovative casing concept of the LAUDA Aqualine unites design and robustness. The recessed operating elements protect the electronics from dripping water and dirt. This increases the service life of the devices, and makes working safe. Reliable continuous operation with water (safety class I, NFL) is enabled thanks to the integrated overtemperature protection.
Important advantages:
✜ Easy operation via digital LED display
✜ Integrated overtemperature protection
✜ Large, optimum use of space
✜ Easy to clean, since the bath vessel does not have any fittings
✜ Homogenous temperature distribution thanks to heat elements underneath the bath
✜ Optimised shape of the bath cover prevents condensation from dripping into the samples
Standard accessories: Stainless steel gable casing

A comprehensive range of temperature controlled water baths are available from Techne.
Twenty different water bath combinations allow the use of accurate temperatures from -40°C up to 200°C; ensuring a solution for most laboratory applications.
First select the unheated stainless steel bath (see page 25) which has the appropriate volume for the application, for example B-26 which has a volume of 26 litres.
Then add a thermoregulator (see page 26) which is suitable for the required temperature range, for example the TE-10D Tempette is a digital controller for temperatures between -40°C and 120°C.
Both gabled and flat lids are available for all bath sizes. Gabled lids allow particularly tall tubes to be accommodated.
If sub-ambient temperatures are required it is necessary to add a cooling mechanism to the bath. Techne recommends the use of a dip or flow cooler for temperatures down to -35°C. For example the RU-200 can lower temperatures down to -20°C. It is also possible to use the
cooling coil with a water supply for temperatures from 5°C above the water temperature to ambient.
