As a system specialist in waterjet cutting systems, STM makes the processing of steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metal, stone, glass or sealing materials completely trouble free for the companies carrying out such work. The Jet Edge Mid Rail Gantry waterjet cutting machine produces complex parts out of virtually any material. Designed to easily accommodate overhead loading, the Mid Rail Gantry features an 8'X13' work envelope and comes standard with one abrasivejet cutting head. The Jet Edge Versacutter is a motion controlled, portable abrasivejet cutting and beveling system. The system is used in a variety of cutting applications including pipelines, steel reinforced concrete, reactor vessels and fabricated metal structures. The Versacutter cuts without flames and does not generate heat. This makes it possible for operators to cut in areas where flames are restricted, and eliminates heat-affected zones.
