The Jet Edge Mid Rail Gantry waterjet cutting machine produces complex parts out of virtually any material. Designed to easily accommodate overhead loading, the Mid Rail Gantry features an 8'X13' work envelope and comes standard with one abrasivejet cutting head. A second cutting head can be added to increase productivity.
The Mid Rail Gantry's sturdy heavy-wall tubular steel beams eliminate vibration and increase system longevity. Critical X and Y bearing components are protected with heavy metal covers with brush seals. The system's catcher tank is isolated from the motion system so energy from the cutting stream does not disrupt the mechanics of the motion system. Made in U.S.A.

Abrasive waterjet machining centre
FBjet type
LDSA, The Automated Cutting Systems, leader in the manufacture of waterjet cutting machines on French territory presents its new generation of table type "FBjet". A homogenous and entirely integrated concept using all the state of the art techniques known to date.
The whole thing is piloted by an entirely digital CNC FANUC model (No.1 in the world), the latest generation "OPEN" model, enabling ease of use and providing up till now unequalled precision in the trajectories. The very high water pressure feed is supplied by a KMT Waterjet Systems pump model SL V "OEM" version integrated to the Machine frame. The Man/Machine interface is managed by Windows and enables all the possible developments. The system is planned to function in masked time without surveillance: numerous sensors enable the remote testing and guiding of the system via a computer network or via the internet. The whole thing, from compact realisation and full integration, uses solely very high quality components for increased reliability.
Advantages :
Complete turnkey delivered equipment
Rapid implementation on site (2 days)
Ease of use
High quality cutting
Pump integrated to the Machine frame
Variation in the integrated water level

CNC Automatic Bandsaw ARG 300 CF-NC
Fully automatic NC band saw. The work piece feed, the work piece clamping and the arm forward and return movements are controlled hydraulically. The setting of number of pieces to be cut including the start-up is done on the control unit display. Fault reports are also displayed there. Maximal length of one-time feed 500mm. The cutting length is in fact unlimited because the control unit enables a multiple feed of the work piece. The sturdy design of the band saw arm and the individual components, the particularly robust feed system and the machine designs guarantee the accuracy and quality of the cut and a long life of the machine. The NC automatic machines are provided with a removable metal chips vessel. When the machine is set in manual mode, all the machine functions may be controlled separately. The pressure control devices of both the feed and rigid vice are included in the standard version equipment.
Enormous saving of material as compared to outdated frame or circular saws. The kerf thickness is only 1.1 mm, the perpendicularity of the cut 0.1 mm and the incomparable cutting speed (up to twenty times higher) ensure fast return of investment.
The sturdy cast-iron frame and the entire concept of the machine ensure long life and accuracy of cut.
The industrial saw blade, size 27×0.9×3110 mm.
The professional European worm gear motor equipped with a frequency changer enabling a continuous saw band control within 15-90 m/min.
The three-side hard metal guide ensures the accurate saw blade guide.
Machine dimensions 2100×1500×1600 mm
Weight 890 kg
