The GARVENS AccessCard gives you optimum control of access to your GARVENS checkweighers. GARVENS PrintCard or GARVENS PrintStick for checkweighers not connected to a data network: instead of printing evaluations such as daily reports, statistics or counter levels at the checkweigher, you can simply save such data on a PrintCard or PrintStick.
The GARVENS LogIn-Server for quality and security conscious companies is a monitoring system creating a personalised, traceable log of when and by whom any particular checkweigher was accessed. FreeWeigh is a comprehensive SQC software package with Windows user interface which allows all production data to be centrally monitored and recorded.
GARVENS CW-ReAcT II enables remote administration and centralised maintenance of the product setup data (article data), remote monitoring of production information captured by GARVENS checkweighers such as statistics, and printing of such data. |

| VM20 is a modular, multipurpose measuring and test system for grinding machines easily programmable by the user. Available as independent unit or for rack-mounting, equipped with local hardware or remote operator panel as well as with Windows Software panel, digital I/O logic interfaces, Profibus and RS232. The wide range of grinding wheels balancing devices, with or without embedded acoustic sensors, applicable on single or multiple grinding wheels or long grinding wheels, allow to automatically and rapidly reduce vibrations which generally cause errors and imperfections on worked surfaces. The wide range of AE transducers configuration available, with assembly both on rotating and stationary machine components, can be used to monitor the machine conditions, through FFT analysis, and to determine the grinding wheel position when it contacts the piece to be worked or the tool-dresser. During working, diameter and roundness gauges, as well as the pieces positioning gauges, allow to achieve a constant production quality together with a cycle time improvement, thanks to correct feeding speeds for roughing-out and finishing. |
