ADOS offer a wide range of industrial platform scales with weighing ranges from 3 kg to more than 10000 kg. The rugged weighing platforms available in stainless steel or painted carbon steel are suitable for daily use in dry and wet areas.
The platforms are available with standard dimensions and capacity or designed with dimensions and capacities on customer specifications.
A special version can operate in hazardous areas.

The ProDec floor scale was designed as a low profile, economical scale for use in many environments. The stainless steel version can take the high pressure wash downs and highly corrosive environments in many industrial settings. Capacities from 2,000 to 20,000 lbs and sizes from 30" x 30" to 96" x 72" available.
Low profile design
The low profile design helps relieve the back strain of repetitive weighing. The scale height is only 3.31 inches on models of 5,000 lb or less, 4.06 inches on 10,000 lb models and 5 inches on 20,000 lb models. This allows for easy-on and easy-off manipulation of carts.
Built to last
Steel support channels welded under the top plate add superior strength and keep decks from warping and bending.
Safety tread deck
The top plate on the deck and ramp surfaces is a safety tread pattern. This non-slip pattern reduces the risk of injuries.
Four-way ramps
ProDecs are placed in the most efficient traffic patterns to utilize more than one weighing situation. The four-way ramp positioning speeds up work flow from any direction.

The AD-4212B Series are weighing sensors developed for highly precise measurement and control applications on production lines. By employing A&D’s unique Super Hybrid Sensor (SHS), the AD-4212B Series enables fast and stable weighing with a resolution as small as 0.01mg. These precise measurements are increasingly required in the pharmaceutical and other high-tech industries in order to control the dispensing, filling, applying or discharging of a very small amount of liquid or powder.
The most outstanding feature of the balances in the AD-4212B Series is their response speed. The balances only require 4.0 seconds for 0.01mg resolution weighing and only 2.5 seconds when the resolution is 0.1mg. This feature will certainly be a great benefit to manufacturers since manufacturers are constantly striving for ways to maximize productivity in order to reduce costs.
In addition, the AD-4212B Series boasts diverse connectivity and data output methods.
An RS-232C, 5-level comparator contact output with a buzzer and an external contact input (for RE-ZERO and PRINT) is provided as standard with the AD-4212B. Also available is an optional BCD output and a LAN-Ethernet interface with the original software “WinCT-Plus.”
There are four models in the AD-4212B Series: the AD-4212B-102 (110g × 0.01mg), AD-4212B-101 (110g/31g × 0.1mg/0.01mg, dual range), AD-4212B-201 (210g × 0.1mg) and the AD-4212B-301 (310g × 0.1mg). All models consist of a display unit and a separate weighing sensor, 80(W) × 230(D) × 90(H) mm: this small size makes it possible to fit our models into narrow spaces in factories.

Checkweigher
Checkweigher, offers the weigher control of packaged products carried on the conveyor belts. After weighing, the packages wich have less or more weight are removed from the belt manuallty or by means of air. As the measurement is completed, all results are recorded for reporting.
Depending on the application, the system might included one belt or three belts as infeed, weighing and outfeed belt. Checkweigher with three belts are used to separate the products from each other and to organize them at the exit. It is easy to install and use with its user friendly interface and an ideal tool for quality control departments.

Multi channels weight transmitter type G4-RM
The G4-RM transmitter is a new generation of multiple weighing transmitter / indicator.
It is based around a main frame with:
One LCD screen two lines 16 characters
A 4 keypad pannel
One CPU unit with RS232; RS485 serial communication in Modbus RTU, an one Ethernet communication interface in Modbus TCP for easy connections to PLC & supervision.
The CPU card is also equipped with a USB connector for Back Up and restore or for a printer / key board connection.
The G4-RM can also handle up to 6 weighing channels through the WF-IN1 and WF-IN2 weighing cards with an internal 24 bits A/D converter and can reach a speed reading of 300 readings / sec or up to 1200 reading / sec with the weighing card HSWF-IN1 or 2.
Each weighing channel is equipped with 4 digital Inputs and 2 digital Outputs.
All set up can be done via the 4 push buttons keys panel or a dedicated software running on PC
All set up can be saved and restore on the internal memory or on an external USB memory stick.
