Milltronics weighfeeders from Siemens can improve the accuracy of processing, blend consistencies, accountability, and record keeping. All weighfeeders come standard with a belt weigh bridge and speed sensor. An integrator is required to complete the system.
The weighfeeder is used to deliver an accurate mass flow rate of material. In the majority of applications, material is profiled by an adjustable mechanical shear gate, which fixes the correct material bed depth for a given particle size.
The feed rate is then maintained and adjusted by varying the speed of the belt. However, in some cases the belt speed is constant with rate control (if any) done by a pre-feeding device.
The system consists of three components: weight and speed sensing, integration and control, and the mechanical conveying system.
Using the belt load and the belt speed signals, small incremental totals of weight per time are measured by the integrator and then the flow rate is calculated. The measured flowrate is compared against the desired flowrate and the on-board PID controller makes necessary corrections to the belt speed.

These machines are suitable to dose in continuous powder, granular and fibre materials. They are particularly suitable for fluid materials and can reach feed rates up to several tons per hour.
As belt feeders can be installed directly under a silo or pre-storage hoppers, while as weighing belts can be re-filled in continuous from other extractor machines such as screws, stellar valves other belts. These machines are equipped with a weighing bridge with loading cells and they can be also equipped with different control devices suitable to satisfy the most various dosing and weighing needs, both in continuous and batch.

Sandvik RBF-series belt feeders can be assembled in various ways to match the application exactly due to their modular structure . Available with ten belt widths from 650-2400 mm and in lengths from 1.5-15 m, they are designed for applications with capacities up to 2600 m3/h. The RBF-series belt feeders suit for materials that have at least moderate internal cutting properties such as coal, lime, Fe-pellets, metal concentrates and different rocky materials.
Sandvik RBF-series belt feeders have wide and adjustable capacity range while they are reliable, silent, steady and have low raise of dust. Due to the adjustable and controllable output the RBF-series belt feeder can be used in applications where accurate feeding is needed.
Sandvik RBF-series belt feeders are easy to assemble, install and operate. With a wide range of standard modules and components they can be tailored exactly to meet the application requirements. At the same time, they are versatile, easy to adapt and easy to service.

Satellite Paste Applicators are designed to complement an existing heat source, such as furnace or induction. These freestanding units apply single, multiple, or "ring shape" paste deposits onto assemblies. Cycling is automatic and error-free with an operator removing the pasted part and loading it into the adjoining heat source.
Applicator guns can also be mounted to a robot to apply a detailed combination of paste dots and stripes to a particular part. After the pasting cycle, the part is joined to its companion members and fixtured to the subsequent heating and cooling sequence.
Dual station system utilizes rotating mandrel technique to apply 360° stripe of Fusion Paste onto part joint area.

Pistol-Grip Attachment allows paste to be applied manually to copper and brass assembly
Compressed air from control panel is introduced to upper gun body, forcing circular piston and attached piston rod upward against coil spring. Pressurized paste alloy (from reservoir) fills vacant space between piston rod tip and nozzle orifice.
As timer de-energizes, compressed air is exhausted, and coil spring returns piston and rod to closed position. Piston rod tip displaces paste alloy through nozzle orifice and seals opening until next cycle. Precise deposit size is obtained by adjusting control panel timer, paste pressure, and length of piston rod stroke.

The MicroCoat is a different type of stock lubrication system that lets metal stampers apply the perfect amount of oil for each job.
Contact lubrication systems like pads and rollers can be difficult to regulate, are easily contaminated, and often require significant maintenance.
In contrast, the MicroCoat is a non-contact system that applies oil as a fine, consistent film that provides complete coverage using much less oil.

This system enables to feed in a fully automatic way strip brazing material between two metallic pieces to be assembled. Method widely used in the joining of copper parts. Self-running device : supplied as a kit, with its own PLC, it can be mounted on every existing spot welding machine. More than a feeder of brazing strip, this system also gives you additional quality controls : control of the brazing presence before welding and control of the melting of the strip.

EDS - ECO Dosage Solution - is designed to provide a modern and highly efficient means of mixing water and detergents in cleaning applications. In tests performed, Nilfisk-Advance has been able to prove that EDS – ECO Dosage Solution – offers significant cost and time savings, as well as more reliable cleaning results. Since the precise dosage of detergent will always be applied, human error in mixing is completely eliminated.
Furthermore, on scrubber/dryers fitted with EDS – ECO Dosage Solution – the detergent is added to the water at the scrub deck – not in the tank. This means that only clean water is ever in the tank, making it unnecessary for it to be emptied or cleaned. This feature significantly reduces downtime and increases productivity.
On ECO Solution mode, Nilfisk’s scrubber/dryers reduce water consumption by as much as 50%. Nilfisk’s BR 601 model, for example, only uses 1 litre of water for cleaning as much as 56 m².

The dispensing table-top robot TR300 designed and produced by mta automation ag is controlled by an industrial PC allowing the automation of dispensing operations for liquid or viscous products. The increasing demands of customers in term of quality, precision and repeatability lead to increasing levels of automation. However, when production batches are small or products widely dissimilar, the cost of sophisticated equipment can place automation beyond the reach of many would-be users. In order to satisfy this need, mta developed a table-top robot which combines flexibility with required high levels of process quality and repeatability, all at a reasonable cost.
The 3 or 4 axes can be fully programmed, as are the dispensing parameters for each dispensed point.
