The XC checkweigher range are very precise, compact and economical checkweighing solutions suitable for virtually all weighing tasks in simple applications. The XC models deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality, precision, and performance for industrial checkweighing environments. They are ready to use almost immediately after unpacking through simple line integration and self explanatory and intuitive operation.
The XC checkweigher range is suitable for dynamically weighing products up to 6000g with an accuracy from ± 0.5g and a maximum throughput of 200 ppm.
They are principally used as "policeman" checkweighers to ensure compliance with local weights and measures regulations, checking for completeness of bundle packages and integrity checking of mechanical components. A further primary XC checkweigher function is to replace manual or semi-automated processes in compliance with customer demands to increase product quality and consistency. The 5.7" multilingual colour touchscreen interface is mounted in the control cabinet and displays current and historical production data.

The BluePrint Automation full case checkweigher, Model XN1, is the perfect solution for the verification of your final, full product cases.
The BluePrint Automation system includes a load cell which can sense case weight variations due to over or underfilled cases.
The full case enters the checkweigher, and is lifted from the infeed conveyor to minimize erroneous errors to the load cell. When an over/under case is detected, the checkweigher simply rejects the case 90 degrees onto a reject conveyor. As the reject is integrsated into the same floor space as the load platform, you will not find a smaller case weigher with reject. Perfect for tight layouts!

The XS3 CC H checkweigher is suitable for dynamically weighing products up to 6000g with an accuracy from ± 0.1 g and a maximum throughput of 400 ppm.
Whilst the checkweigher measures product weights fast and precisely, rejecting out of tolerance products, the metal detector reliably detects and rejects products contaminated by metal. Common contaminants which are detected range from nuts and bolts down to small metal filings, staples, needles or pieces of wire. The rejection of badproducts is ensured by two rejecting devices so that metal-contaminated and off-weight products can be separately rejected.
Product and water build-up/contamination is minimized by avoiding level surfaces on the conveyor and weighcell supports, as well as the exclusive use of round tubes on the horizontal section of the frame. The patented, minimal contact, conveyor support clamps and open frame construction facilitate easy cleaning. Seam welding improves hygiene and reduces the risk of bacteria build-up.

The metal detector/checkweigher combo provides both checkweighing and metal detection with a minimum space requirement. This system features the superior performance and accuracy of a Ramsey checkweigher with the high sensitivity of a Thermo Scientific metal detector. This unique arrangement eliminates the expense of a separate conveyor for the metal detector.
Output signals from the metal detector and checkweigher operate independent rejects. One rejects metal contaminated products, while the other rejects off weight products. This feature keeps metal contaminated products separate from potentially reusable off weight products.

The dramatic events of 11th September 2001 caused the Airport Security Authorities to strengthen checks on passengers and their personal effects.
Notwithstanding the extremely high discrimination capability of last-generation CEIA walk-through Metal Detectors, a certain percentage of shoes containing significant metal masses still cause alarms during transit, and so have to be examined by security staff with another inspection system – usually the X-ray scanner – to ensure that there are no meal weapons hidden in them. This obviously causes inconvenience to the passengers in transit.
In the light of this new operational scenario, CEIA has developed the SAMD Shoe Analyzer to check shoes worn by passengers without having to remove them, employing low-frequency electromagnetic fields which are non-ionizing and completely harmless.
The SAMD Shoe Analyzer is an extension of the Walk Through Metal Detector Gate, which complies with the most recent, stringent security requirements, reduces by up to 10 times or more the number of shoes that must be examined manually because of metal alarm.

The HI-PE Multi Zone is a high performance walk-through Metal Detector which exceeds all International Security Standards.
A “height on person” display actually indicates, by means of illuminated LED’s, the position of the weapon on the person. Three operating modes are available: Floating (standard): the location zones are not fixed, as in the case of Metal Detectors with multiple receiver-transmitter coils, but are variable and continuous so as to achieve optimum resolution; 8-Zones and 4-Zones: the alarm threshold can be adjusted individually for each zone. The panels are washable and they are equipped with shock absorbent edges to protect them against damages.
HI-PE Multi Zone can be supplied, on request, with two emergency batteries that automatically come into operation in the event of a mains failure. A photocell transit counter is available as an option. This will allow for statistical data to be accumulated on the persons passing through the detector.
The detector’s control unit is incorporated into the structure. Access to programming is protected both by a mechanical lock and by two alphanumeric passwords.

Spark Detector FM 1/8
All three sensor types have high-sensitive electronics which detect even the smallest of glowing particles. The detector FM 1/8 features reliable function even in very dense material flow or when the optical element is covered by a dust layer. It can be used at material temperatures up to 60 °C which corresponds to a temperature range of extraction systems for woodworking machines, like for example saws, planes, sanding machines etc.

The detector FM 3/8 is used for operating temperatures up to 360 °C as they can appear for drying processes for example. Spark radiation is led through fibre optic cables to the detctor itself.
Daylight Spark Detector DLD 1/8
For a reliable detection of glowing or hot particles it has to be assured that no ambient light is present at the inspection place. Where an absolute dark surrounding cannot be guaranteed sensors which aren't sensitive to daylight or other ambient light are used. These sensors only operate in the spectrum of infrared light so they can be installed even at open transfer points or on conveyor belts.
