T010E is a weight transmitter amplifier that uses a modern microcontroller. Four push buttons and one display that shows the guide messages, help the operator in the configuration and weight calibration.
T010E is an instrument with high modularity. The base configuration is equipped with a display to show the weight data and two relays thresholds can be programmed as required. The options foresees one serial line available in RS232 or in RS485 mode, a radio transmission for remote data weight transfer (with R010E serial repeater), an analog output 0-10 V or an analog output 4-20 mA.
In the overload control modality (option) the instrument can be associated to category 1 as a security device (UNI EN 954-1 12-98 norm). The smaller dimensions, the best ratio quality price, make the T010E the best solution for many applications.

The shockproof digital load cell is based on a capacitive measurement principle where a non-contacting ceramic sensor is mounted inside the load cell body. As the load cell contains no moving parts and the sensor is not in contact with the load cell body, the load cell tolerates shocks, torsion, and very high overloads and sideloads. Therefore, the mechanical installation of the load cell can be done without expensive and complicated mounting kits and overload protection devices.
The electrical installation of the digital load cell is pure plug-and-play as the signal from the non-contacting sensor is directly converted, compensated and calibrated by a microprocessor to a digital load cell output in grams, kilograms, or Newton. Measurements and status codes are transmitted as RS485 data on a single wire coaxial cable (RG-58) which may be up to 100 meters long.
The technology and mechanical design of the Eilersen load cells is covered worldwide by a number of patents.

Transmitter - WST 3
The unit WST 3 is a DIN rail mounted, high performance transmitter designed for applications with strain gauge transducers. It converts the output from connected load cells into a very stable signal suitable for PC or PLC based control systems.
WST 3 is typically used where a local display is essential either for displaying data or for front panel set-up. The set-up and calibration procedure is easily performed either from the front panel or by using the deltaCOM programme via a standard PC running under Windows 95/98/2000/NT4/ME/XP.
The transmitter is fitted with two relay outputs having a response time of less than 20 msec. for use in high precision level control applications.
The WST 3 is ready for fieldbus communication in Profibus DP. Fieldbus communication is also possible via the GATE 3S module from Vishay Nobel.

Sherborne Sensors has announced introduction of the U2000 series, a new range of compact miniature universal load cells, designed for precision tension and compression force measurements in space constrained environments.
Offered in ranges from 1 to 50kN, the miniature U2000 series load cells provide precision measurement capabilities in either tension or compression mode, with a 3mV/V full scale output. Their robust, shear web design incorporates multiple strain gages, strategically placed to counteract and minimize errors associated with unwanted side or axial forces. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing and environmental sealing to IP54 helps ensure reliable performance in harsh environments, over a wide temperature range of -20 to +80°C. The low deflection and high frequency response characteristics of the U2000 series are especially beneficial for both materials testing and high-speed load measurement applications, and particularly, where peak loads are being monitored. Additional options include spherical load buttons, mounting bases, fully isolated double bridge and fatigue rated versions. In addition, Sherborne Sensors custom designs and manufactures variations to conform to specific customer requirements.
All U2000 series miniature universal load cells are 100% tested and calibrated at the factory prior to shipment, and are accompanied by a two-year comprehensive warranty. For additional details, drawings and specifications, please contact Sherborne Sensors toll-free (in the US & Canada) at 1-877-486-1766 nasales@sherbornesensors.com or on +44 (0) 870 444 0728 sales@sherbornesensors.com (worldwide), or by visiting www.sherbornesensors.com.

The Sherborne Sensors UNIWEIGH series load cell has been specifically developed for use electronic scales where the load may be placed at any random position on a loading platform.
Typical applications are in retail shop scales, industrial counting scales, pre-packing scales, batch weighing machines, money checkers, pharmaceuticals, medical and scientific instrumentation. Compression loads from the loading platform are applied directly enabling much simpler constructions without the requirement for levers, flexures or pivots; scale design and maintenance is therefore greatly simplified. The UNIWEIGH series load cell is particularly immune to eccentric loading, the load being commonly applied via a simple X or H frame whose loading points are at the corners of the load platform. The UNIWEIGH series load cells are available in two distinct sensitivities offering the customer considerably lower ranges of this device than were previously possible.

Sherborne Sensors Series SS5000 is a family of miniature strain gauge load cells, designed to measure both tension and compression loads. Series SS5000 is specially designed with integral amplification, offering users a high accuracy measurement output of +10 Vdc over their full range. Most load cells on the market of this type offer only mV output.
With units weighing just eight ounces (250 grams nominal), the size and performance characteristics of Series SS5000 allow them to be used in a variety of applications, including materials testing; medical device design and testing; QC and laboratory testing; R&D projects; renewable energy systems; consumer products testing; robotics; general force measurement; weighing and scale-related applications, and many others.
Series SS5000 offers four measurement ranges, from ±250 to ±2,000N (+3000N maximum), and reliably operating over a temperature range of -13 to +167 °F (-25 to +75 °C). Units feature an internal stainless steel load cell element, which offers unusually high resistance to overload, shock and corrosion. The Wheatstone bridge design is fully compensated for temperature effects on zero output and sensitivity. Because of their highly durable construction, Series SS5000 has superior long-term stability and minimal effects from small off-axis loads. All load cells come standard with an integral multi-conductor cable, and male thread studs for load attachment.

The Electromagnetic Digital Load Cells (EM-DLC) of the AD-4212C Series are A&D’s latest weighing sensing technology for maximizing the efficiency of production line systems.
The EM-DLC is a high precision electromagnetic weighing sensor with an integrated analog-to-digital converter. It outputs digital signals directly to a panel computer, PLC, or PC via RS-232C while realizing a minimum weighing value of as small as 1 mg.
The stabilization speed is extremely fast. It takes less than 0.5 seconds for one weighing (up to 30 g + the receptacle weight). In addition, the high-speed, continuous data transmission (selectable from approx. 10 times/second up to 50 times/second) ensures real-time data processing.
The weighing sensor is highly compact. In particular, its width is only 59 mm, which makes the pitch distance between sensors short when multiple sensors are to be lined up. If necessary, the weighing sensor can be directly fixed onto the mounting base by removing its leveling feet.
Free WinCT-4212C software is provided for displaying weighing results, performing calibration, and making settings from your PC. Moreover, there is a display unit (AD-8922A) available as an option, which enables analog, comparator, and BCD outputs with its optional interfaces.
Finally, the weighing sensor is IP65 dust and waterproof. It has also a shock absorber under the weighing pan and can cope with movement in all directions, protecting the weighing unit from an actuator malfunction.
There are currently two models in the AD-4212C Series, the AD-4212C-300 (320 g × 1 mg) and the AD-4212C-3000 (3200 g × 10 mg).
Please see the AD-4212C catalog for detailed specifications.

T95 LA (2 t - 20 t)
The T95 LA consists of both stainless steel and alloy steel load cells complete with toughened auto-phoretic finish loading assembly. Although the assembly is used in compression, the cell is mounted in a pendulum and operates in tension. This ensures that the load point is always maintained through the central axis of the cell, even when the assembly is subjected to considerable movement or misalignment.
The T95 LA load cell is most suitable for high accuracy applications and where movement or vibration are present, e.g. mixers, catalyst vessels, weighing platforms, axle weighers and weighbridges. The T95 LA load cell is hermetically sealed to IP68 and approved to OIML 3000 C3, optionally to EEx iA II CT6.
