FLINTEC load cells are designed to meet the most stringent
accuracy requirements. Certifications have been obtained
from Weights & Measures Authorities, worldwide.
Rocker column load cells are available in the capacities
7.5 t to 300 t and include Accuracy Classifications GP, C1, C3, C4, and C3 MI 8 according toOIML R60; NTEP nmax=10000.
They offer total stainless steel construction and complete
hermetic sealing, making them suitable for use in the toughest industrial environments.
This load cell design, in combination with a low cost self
aligning rocker assembly, unites excellent load introduction
with a low profile outline.
The Flintec calibration technique (in mV/V/Ω) eliminates time consuming corner calibration in multiple load cell systems.
ATEX versions are availiable. |

The RC3D is the DIGITAL version of the very successful RC3. Flintec integrated a state of the art microprocessor system into the load cell to improve system accuracy, and load cell handling.
RC3D rocker column load cells are available in the capacities 30 t to 50 t and include Accuracy Classifications GP, C1, C3, C4 and C6 according to
OIML R60.
The digital output enables the user to communicatewith each load cell independently of the others in the system. It offers advantages in systemsetup, corner adjustment, systemcalibration, fault finding and load cell replacement. |

Weighing applications are served by an extensive line of load cells, including unique planar beam single point, shear and bending beam, compression and tension load cells.

The SW-D-FS Weigh Cell series cover the weighing range up to 2,000 g. They have been specifically conceived as compact sensor components, meaning they are especially suited for installation into multi-track applications and everywhere where small frame sizes are demanded.
By using GMP-tailored construction, all Weigh Cells are also suitable for use in pharmaceutical industrial plants. The Docking station facilitates a tool free exchange of the Weigh Cell during cleaning and service work.
All Weigh Cells in the SW-D-FS series operate based on the principle of electromagnetic force restoration. The system-dependent active self-damping ensures the shortest possible measuring times at simultaneously highest resolution. |
|
The Weigh Cells of the IW series cover the weight range from 750 g to 15.000 g. Because of their sturdy construction, these load cells are especially suited for the application in checkweighers, price labelling systems, packing and filling machines. The large additive dead load range favors the mounting of large conveyor belts or pans without limiting the weighing range.

| For axial loads, load cells are commonly used. Where a standard cell is not available or will not perform, Teledyne Brown may be of assistance. We will design and manufacture a Custom Load Cell to unique requirements such as harsh environments, limited space, or high-overload conditions. |

Order Code Z-SG
Input: analog sensor (strain gauge load cell); digital (weighting)
Output: current, 0..20 / 4..20 mA; voltage, 0..5 / 0..10 V
Precision: 0.01%
DIN guide back side bus connection and RS232
(ModBUS) front communication jack
ModBUS RTU slave protocol, half duplex
Converter for load cells, mounting guide Din 46277, isolated to 1500 V (input-output-power supply). The transducer acquire signals from load cells (6-wire) and transmits the value with analogue standard (mA / V) and serial (ModBUS Rtu) output. It accepts up to N. 4 load cells (350 ohms) and also has a contact that can be configured as alarm or weighing stable (weighing in motion).
Extremely fast (sampling frequency set by 12.53 Hz at 151.71 Hz), it measures with sensibility from 1 to 128mV / V, and also has remote reset tare via serial or digital input.
Ideal to be used for weight complex measures, result of the action of multiple cells in parallel or with moving loads.

The LCT-01 is the world's most popular portable Load Cell Tester.
It is a stand-alone portable hand-held device that was especially designed to help technical people immediately analyze the condition of strain-gage based load-cells.
The LCT fits all common types of load-cells available in the market today: four wires, 6 wires (with sense) and all rated gain outputs.
It provides the user with the essential data needed about the conditions of the tested load-cell, such as physical distortion (possibly caused by overload, shock load or metal fatigue), and electrical conditions (bridge resistance, shielding and resistance to ground).
The LCT allows the user to test the load-cell whether it is installed or removed. The unit is fully computerized and battery operated. A 16 x 2 alphanumeric LCD display guides the operator through all test stages and clearly displays the results. |
