Magtrol Load Measuring Pins are temperature-compensated transducers used to measure load and force and provide overload protection. The pins are mounted into machines in place of normal shafts and fitted with strain gauges, allowing them to produce a signal proportional to the measured load.

Load Pin Transducers (also known as Shear Pin Sensors) measure loads using a strain gage element sensitive to shear loads. Using a laboratory calibration traceable to NIST, shear strain is related to load. Typical sizes range from 5/8 inch to 3.5 inch diameter. Two-component output is available for applications where loads are in the X & Y planes.

The load pin works according to the strength measuring principle on a transverse basis to the longitudinal axis.
The SB-32 was developed especially for strength measuring at traversing wheels, can be, however, used also at pulleys, cranes, lifts or other mechanical force measurement on working platforms.
It is executed as a stretching bolt with two clipping chases. Crossways chase is it fixed or the like on a side by a diameter extension and on the other side by two for the mounting device of locking plates against slipping axially. Due to their high grinding energy, the Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 is the best choice for grinding of soft to medium-hard, tough, brittle materials - including plastics and for sample preparation according to RoHS and WEEE (e.g. for detection of hexavalent chromium).
The material is comminuted through impact and friction forces. The final fineness of the samples depends on the selected sieve insert.
To avoid undesired abrasion, the FRITSCH Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 can be equipped with rotors made of stainless steel, titanium or with titanium nitride or tungsten carbide coatings.

As a reaction to the increasing, worldwide requirements of the good manufacturing practice (GMP), NARA improves its pharmaceutical mill, SCM (Super Clean Mill) continually. It is based on the principle of a conventional pin mill (impact type pulverizer), which suits the requirements of GMP in the pharmaceutical and the foodstuffs industry.
The next generation mill, NARAs New SCM, is characterised by disk-structured components, which are positioned on bars. By the release of handwheels only, the complete assembly can be dismantled easily and by one person. The low heat increase during milling as well as the easy adjustment of the particle size by screen insets, the simple structure for fast and easy cleaning and maintenance are some of the specific features of this machine. The mill is equipped with various constructional elements, to prevent contamination e.g. the execution of the air-purged shaft sealing, the direct drive and the spatial separation from milling area and drive unit.

In the Rotor Impact Mill RPMV an intensive impact and shear effect is achieved between the horseshoe-shaped impellers and the anvil ring. The variable rotor speed and an adjustable annular gap allow an optimal setting according to the specific needs.
Within the Rotor Impact Mill RPMV all composite materials are highly disintegrated and in addition a selective size reduction takes place:
brittle-hard materials are greatly reduced in size
metals are shaped to small balls
elastic materials are torn into smaller pieces
The result is a material mix containing ball shaped metal particles that can be subsequently sorted out easily.

DCP TECHNOLOGY offers high energy density milling, internal true media recirculation and the most efficient grinding media / product separation by centrifugal force. High flow recirculation followed by shorter residence times provides for high energy density milling even for mills coated with "Special Polymer Compound or Ceramics" as there is minimum temperature build up in the mill. Therefore, simple cooling on the premix tank for mixing the product prior to milling is mostly sufficient for processing temperature sensitive products. Low processing temperatures can easily be maintained in the DCP MILLS.

Flowing Explanation
Raw material is fed into grinding room from feeding hopper. The First Grinding is a shearing force caused from the cutter impact in the inner of Rotor and Stator, and so on and so forth, the micro powder will be formed. After filtrating, the powder that smaller than screed mesh will be the products. The bigger powder will be ground in the Third Grinding until the powder can pass through the screen mesh. Finally, all the products will be discharged from the rotary valve.
