CTS02 Compression - Tension - Sensor
The Compression Tension Sensors CTS02 was developed for the precise measurement of large forces, acting in axial direction.
For this purpose, the outer ring is flanged to the mounting surface and the force passes into the centre bore.

This Low Profile Tension & Compression Load Cell has high accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.1%, Deflection of 0.003" nominal and Operating temperature of -60° F to +200° F. The standard LRF300 Low Profile Tension & Compression Load Cell can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for 24 hour shipping. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.

Low profile lift tables, due to their low closed height, do not require a floor pit, offering flexibility of location and keeping installation costs to a minimum. It is possible to transport the table easily and in safety by a “mobility kit” from one work station to another providing an even higher flexibility in use.
Two versions are available, either full top platform or “U” shaped, which is particularly useful when loading a pallet safely onto the table using a hand pallet or pedestrian truck without the need for an access ramp.
Capacity from 500 to 2000 kg.
Our tables comply with the European Safety of Machinery standards EN 292, Machinery Directive 98/37/EC and Safety requirements for lift tables EN 1570.

In addition to offering all the safety features of our regular "Guardian" Series lift tables, our low profile models have a lowered height of only 3.25". The low profile feature provides greater flexibility since a variety of applications can be accommodated. And, installation costs are reduced since the need for a floor pit is eliminated.
With capacities ranging from 1,100 pounds to 3,300 pounds, the "Guardian" Series low profile lift tables are available in three versions with either a rectangular, "U" or "E" shaped top for numerous material handling applications.
The "U" shaped low profile table is ideal for handling wire baskets, containers and plastic and wooden pallets that have open bottoms. This design allows loading with either a manual or electric pallet truck without the need for a loading ramp.
The "E" shaped low profile table has all the features as the U-Lift and the other Guardian low profile tables. It is available in a 2,200 lb capacity. The advantage of the E-Lift is the center opening measures 28.9" which is ideal for a standard 27" wide pallet truck. The added center support of the E-Lift is designed to help prevent the pallet from deflecting downward in the center due to the wider center area. The center support is also shorter than the outside legs to allow easier access with the pallet truck. The E-Lift like the U-Lift is designed for use with open bottom pallets, skids, containers or wire baskets.

The laser-line profile sensor, scanCONTROL 2800, makes use of the triangulation principle for two-dimensional acquisition of profiles on a variety of different target surfaces.
In contrast to familiar point laser sensors, a line optical system projects a laser line onto the surface of the object to be measured. The back scattered light from the laser line is registered on a CMOS array by a high quality optical system. Along with distance information (z-axis), the controller also calculates the true position along the laser line (x-axis) from the camera image and outputs both values in the sensor's two-dimensional coordinate system.
A moving object or a scanning sensor will generate a three-dimensional representation of the object.

PROFILEMASTER
The dimensions or even the complete cross-section of profiles made of metal, plastics or rubber must be continuously measured and monitored in the manufacturing process. Normally, samples are measured on a profile projector or similar apparatus and the results are registered. This method is involved and does not yield a continuous quality control. Furthermore it can be inaccurate because there are many steps in the procedure where an exact and careful handling is necessary. The optical in-line measuring technology using standard laser diameter gauges or CCD cameras cannot measure indented or concave parts of the profiles such as connecting rails, grooves etc.

Low profile generally refers to the distance from the bottom of the low profile conveyor frame to the top of the belt. The other critical dimension is the distance between the edge of the belt and edge of the frame as this provides the maximum belt width in the smallest frame.
