Welding wheels can be produced in severial ways but the method of seperate forging and machining them to drawings is the best method. In this way the wheels has a homogeneous copper structure which will improved the life time considerably. We can produce there wheels out of several copper alloys like CuCrZr, CuCo2Be, CuNiCrSi and CuBe2.
