Huntingdon Fusion Techniques Limited is proud to introduce a new TIG welding electrode material.
The Multi-Strike Tungsten (MST) electrode has been developed with the health and saftey of the end user in mind!
Bringing you a:
* Non-Thoriated * Non-Radioactive * Non-Carcinogenic
The MST has a SPECIAL BLEND of dopants to allow the Tungsten to perform at high, low and medium current ranges on both DC TIG (GTAW) welding suitable for Steels and alloys as well as AC TIG (GTAW) welding of Aluminium and its alloys.
This SPECIAL BLEND of dopants greatly enhances electrode life multipling the number of strikes per tungsten.
UP TO 10 TIMES THE PERFORMANCE OF 2% THORIATED |

| Brouwer Metaal is specialised in the production of spot welding electrodes. We machine any electrode according the drawings or samples of our customers. Electrodes can be machined out of CuCrZr, CuCo2Be, CuCoNiBe, CuNiCrSi or CuBe2 copper alloys. We produce them out of drawn, square, rectangular or hexagon bars as well as from pressed and forged copper plates. |
|
| Brouwer Metaal is specialised in the production of cold formed electrode caps. Besides the standards caps which can be found on our web site we also produce special caps according drawings. Cold formed caps outlast machined caps because of their undamaged copper structure. |

High quality and competitive price!
Projection nut welding consumables include:
1. Error-proof electrodes
2. Ceramic coated weld nut guide pins
3. Extra thin wall ceramic coated sleeves
4. Removable electrode tips
With special design, the electrode system could avoid possible quality problems, such as nut upside down, nut missing and nut offset. 100% mechanical configuration. No extra apparatus required. Reliable and maintenance free. |
|
| Special electrodes expand the range of certified standard welding electrodes. Application fields are for instance joint, tack, repair and maintenance welding. |
|
Operators consistently give this electrode high marks. This quality Lincoln product is a proven performer for AC pipe welding applications and sheet metal welding. Fleetweld 35 is a great electrode to use on jobs where the steel isnt clean.
Advantage Lincoln
A general purpose electrode particularly good for vertical and overhead.
Light slag with little slag interference for easy arc control.
Deep penetration with high admixture.
Capable of x-ray quality welds, even out-of-position.
Manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 9001 requirements. |

ADVANTAGES:
Robot checking of Electrode Force
No need to stop robot cells for force checking
Very fast payback
Alerts operators to immediate faults & variations
Can eliminate scrap due to weld deterioration
Reduces equipment damage and wear
Keeps force within preset limits
Gives early warning of equipment deterioration
Continuous robot operation via go/no go signals
DESCRIPTION - KR1000:
Stand alone analogue output force sensor. Supplied for direct plug and play replacement to commonly existing units.
The target pads remain spatially the same. Robot reprogramming for test position is not required.
The monitor is preset to Zero on no load but can be simply adjusted by the user if required.
The innovative design of the KR1000 force head makes it far less susceptible to errors induced by electrodes not being perpendicular to the target pads.
Exacting construction standards guarantee this instrument is of greater accuracy than other monitors of this kind.
Multiple testing during construction further assist in achieving the superiority that we have set out to achieve.
When coupled to its onboard electronics package the sensor is preset for zero load & calibrated
to a known (NPL) standard.
The KR1000 is robust, durable, reliable, and accurate. KR1000s have been installed on Car Manufacturing lines since 2005 and have been in constant use without failures. |

Hand Held Electronic Force Gauge
An ergonomically designed hand held force gauge.
ADVANTAGES
User comfort "'Ergonomically" designed - for ease of use
One piece unit
Very high accuracy
Swivel head allows access to difficult to reach positions
As with all welding procedures, it is important to eliminate as many variables as possible in order to achieve optimum welding consistently over long periods.
Electrode force is one of the critical parameters in obtaining repeatable, reliable resistance spot welds.
Force can vary because of variable factory air pressure, water in the air lines causing air cylinders to deteriorate and loss of air pressure due to worn seals.
This self contained instrument uses a cell with a force sensor to provide accurate digital read out for auditing weld electrode forces.
Accuracy of this instrument is better than 0.2% and can be switched to read 0-2000 kg, 0-20.00 kN or 0-4400lbs.
In cases of difficult access the head of the swivel head gauge can be swiveled at least ±72Ί up or down and rotates at least ±90Ί. Once the desired position is reached it can be fixed by a simple hand tightened knob. A 90 mm long handle is provided for optional use with 2 mountain positions either in-line or at 90Ί.
A support wrist strap is attached to the gauge so that in the event that it is forced out of the operators hand by misaligned electrodes, it need not fall to the floor and be damaged. |
|
Faults in welding tongs or incorrect process parameters in welding can result in production line waste or defective parts. Checking the electrode force periodically permits spark malfunctions to be detected at an early stage so that repairs can be carried out in good time.
The new Type 9833A test sensor allows precise and reliable measurements to be carried out with minimal electrode gaps. The built-in charge amplifier simplifies the task of mounting and helps to ensure the reliability required by the automobile industry.

| The MM-601A is an electrode force measuring device for resistance welding machines. By changing the load sell sensor, it is capable of measuring from 0.20 kg to 950 kg (0.44 to 2111 lbs) of weld pressure. |
|
The quality of a spot weld depends on the force applied by the electrodes together with the value of the welding current. For control programs, measuring the force applied by the electrodes is extremely important for maintaining constant production conditions. The Welding Tester instrument is designed for measuring the closing force on welding heads, which can be used either for setting up or for periodical maintenance. The tips are exchangeable for measuring the force applied by different forms of electrodes; the lowest closing dimension is 3 mm.
Different models are available for measuring 05000N up to 0-20000N. The new tool has all the ruggedness, quality and accuracy of the other tools in the CENTOR family, specially designed for taking nomad measurements in production shops.
