The Wire Booster assists the wire feeding between the pail pack and the wire-feeding unit of a robot welding system or a manual power source.The driving rollers of the Wire Booster are separated from the running motor through a magnetic clutch. The wire is fed by the magnetic clutch, as soon as the main drive of the robot employs force on the wire. Through this functional principle the Wire Booster does not necessarily have to be connected or synchronised with the main drive.Wire feeding problems can now be solved fast and without any unnecessary installation.

KBM® beveling machines are designed for one man operation. They are mounted on a spring loaded undercarriages incorporating alignment mechanisms which automatically compensate for uneven work surfaces. Gullco KBM® beveling machines self-propel during the beveling operation and continuously bevels plates of any length. The KBM-18 beveling machine can be secured to a bench for stationary operation.
All Gullco portable plate edge bevelers use a rotary shear cutting action to produce clean machined bevels with no thermal distortion. The industrial applications require more and more a control of the costs and an optimum reliability. With SAEB ERAKAT, you can supply the machine of cutting permanently and thus avoid all stops of production related to the recharging of sand.
A technology with any test:
SAEB ERAKAT is the perfect system to feed the system of Abrasif cutting uninterrupted. It allows an autonomy of 400 kg and the supply pressure in air perhaps regulated thanks to the valve of regulation of air pressure.
It also supervises the presence of sand in the hopper and the pot under pressure and emits signals of warnings visual (indicator) and messages intended for the operator.
Safety:
SAEB ERAKAT automatically stops the machine of cutting in the event of lack of abrasive (if connection is carried out) or warns the operator with a twinkling light signal. This makes it possible to avoid with the operator carrying out cycles of cutting without abrasive.
Simple installation:

"Easier maintenance by the newly developed abrasive dosing head!"
The new type of abrasive dosing head saves valuable time at the maintenance. An optimized constructive solution simplifies both the general handling as well as the maintenance. Juergen Moser, managing director of STM Waterjet Solutions, explains: "The abrasive dosing head in its previous design worked good, although cleaning and maintenance e.g. after a water splash back were difficult." A water splash back can occur when the jet focus sets on the Workpiece. During a water splash back water runs up the abrasive hose into the funnel towards the glass case. The new constructive solution of the abrasive dosing head, a compact unit, makes the maintenance much easier for the customers. To get to the parts to maintain no covers have to be taken off any more. The funnel under the dosing unit is composed of a simple sliding mechanism that can be taken out simply. Stoppage in the abrasive dosing head can be removed quickly and easily. Also, the venting of the glass case of the abrasive dosing head has been completely redesigned. The upper cap presents a specially developed venting profile in order to avoid building up pressure in the inside of the glass case.

In order to optimise the cutting speed and quality Resato offers an electronic abrasive feeder system, mounted on the portal of the cutting table close to the cutting head. This system guarantees a reliable and continuously adjustable abrasive flow rate to the cutting head.
The abrasive flow can be controlled from the CNC control panel and can be adjusted during the cutting process. The system offers possibilities to directly and automatically set the abrasive flow rate supplied to the cutting head from the Resato Powercam cutting software. The flow rate is adjustable from 100 to 1000 grams per minute.
The system also offers the possibility to automatically switch from a low abrasive rate to a high rate. This can be important for materials like glass, for which a low pressure must pierce the glass at a low abrasive flow rate. The flow rate can then be increased at the start of the cutting movement.

The REOVIB MFS 168 series of variable-frequency regulators are specially designed for controlling vibratory feeders. The units produce a highly stable output frequency that is adjustable in 0.1 Hz increments. Manual "tuning" time of the mechanical feed system is significantly reduced. The sinusoidal output means that the feeder runs quietly and provides gentle product handling characteristics. Settings are adjusted by using a touch-panel and an integrated digital display. The feed rate set-point can be adjusted in several ways, including the use of 0 - 10V or 0(4) - 20 mA signals. User settings can be stored and recalled. Depending on the controller version there are functions available for track-sensor control and constant amplitude control, which maintains a constant feed-rate irrespective load variations on the feeder. All electrical connections are brought out to terminals located in the front panel. The enclosure is designed for panel mounting.

The AD-4826 is a feeder controller with model predictive control technology that delivers superior performance when compared with PID control devices.
Model predictive control is a method of process control to determine a manipulated variable that enables a process variable to reach a set point by predicting future changes in a process using models of the controlled object’s behavior. The internal model is used to predict if any deviation from the set point will occur in the immediate future when process control is continued with the current manipulated variable. If a deviation is predicted, an adjusted manipulated variable is output and sent to the controlled object.
Unlike PID control, which executes a correction after a control deviation occurs, model predictive control predicts a deviation in advance using a model of the system’s behavior to enable stable process control while avoiding hunting (unstable movement). The extraordinary advantages of model predictive control include process control stability, disturbance cancellation, improved response to changes, improved set-point-following capability and high tolerance to the influence of changes in a process.
The AD-4826 can perform model predictive control with a screw feeder, circle feeder, table feeder or rotary feeder that has been controlled with PID control (up to 4 feeders can be used with one AD-4826 device).
