Z connection:
Is used for gas-cooled welding torches as well as water-cooled welding torch cable assemblies of the older generation.
SZ connection:
Current connection for water-cooled welding torches. It distinguishes from the Z-connection in the external hoses for cooling liquid.
EURO connection:
Standard connection for universal application.

Since welding torches and hoses are important elements of MIG/MAG and TIG welding, we have chosen to have our own production of these elements. Parallel with traditional hoses we have a complete range of hoses with integrated extraction, ergonomical torches and Dialog concept.
Migatronic ERGO torch has been designed on the basis of thorough knowledge of ergonomically correct use. The lightweight curved torch fits perfectly into both right hands and left hands and allows the welder ergonomically correct welding without straining his fingers and wrists. Ball-and-socket-joints and springs are standard accessories to the torch.
The ERGO torch is available both in air-cooled and water-cooled versions and fits all machines with central connection (ZA).

TOPTIG : a new robot welding process for industry.
TOPTIG is a new process development from arc welding classical solutions. This new process can be used effectively on carbon or stainless steel plates up to 3 mm as well as on Titanium or Nickel alloys or on galvanized sheets with weld brazing.

The AII-V6 Robot is a highly Versatile Manipulator for All Welding Applications.
Improved Maintainability: Robots can now be greased while the torch is mounted. Standardized motors between different robot models reduces the number of service parts.
New Shock Sensor Torch Liner clamping mechanism reduces deviation of wire position caused by changes in the posture of the robot.
A metal jacket has been added to further strengthen the torch body.
Large Payload Capacity: 13.2 lbs. (6 kg) payload capacity supports all welding applications including CO2/MAG, MIG and TIG.
