This technique makes it possible to improve in a considerable way consumption of energy for welding compared to traditional technologies. (3 to 4 times less power consumption for the same result).
Moreover this technology adapts perfectly to new nanomaterials with difficult coating like sheet metals THLE for example.
The speed of welding is quite higher than traditional technologies what makes it possible to improve rates of welding and thus the productivity. Moreover, the nanomaterials with strong thermal conductivity like aluminum or brass become weldable then without the need for an installation of several hundred kVA (example: With a whole of welding of 65kVA, we can weld triple thickness of aluminum of 2mm).
The energy losses being strongly decreased, the requirements in cooling are reduced what limits pollution generally and that also reduces the expenses of infrastructure related to the installation of such a unit (drivers, less powerful concerned with safety units).
Lastly, the experience gained with several systems already established in the car industry, of the electric household appliances or of the tooling showed us that the volume of consumable strongly decreased thus carrying out advantage of economies. |
