The exclusive "stackable" configuration of the Adflo turbo unit means that the gas filter can be stacked onto the particle filter for additional protection from specific organic, inorganic and acidic vapours.
Fresh-airTM C Compressed air Respirator
Speedglas welding shield with Fresh-air C respirator is a lightweight respiratory system with a nominal protection factor of 200, making it an excellent choice in environments with high levels of particle fumes and gases.
Scott Health & Safety's Autoflow powered respirator provides a comfortable and efficient source of filtered air to users in many industries. The Autoflow range incorporates blower units, filters and an extensive choice of headtops. Automatic control of the airflow ensures cost-effective operation and extends both filter life and battery duration. The range also offers Autoflow Ex, an intrinsically safe model.

Especially designed for welders, the Optrel OS100 provides ideal protection against IR/UV radiations, flying particles, metal fumes and dusts emitted during welding and associated processes.
A blower powered by a rechargeable battery draws ambient air through a fine particulate filter and ventilates the helmet with clean and refreshing air. The unit is fitted with both a visible an audible alarm which tells the operator if the filter is blocked or the battery is low. For a well adapted fit, outstanding wearing comfort, and a perfect seal, the face seal used is made from a knitted soft flame retardant material. A comfortable flame-retardant waist belt threads through a leather lumbar support which fits the system to the user’s body.
PredatorTM is a state of the art welding helmet that is heat and water resistant whilst
providing high strength.
PredatorTM has excellent ventilation inside the helmet and will fit all lens sizes via a unique
lens pack system.
PredatorTM offers a modern clean shape and is light weight in comparison to similar
helmets. (Winner of Australian Design Award in 1998)
PredatorTM offers extra coverage for the head, ears and throat and is manufactured from a
special engineering resin.
PredatorTM offers excellent fume deflection through special aero-dynamic design features.
Stocking benefits are a major feature as only shells need be stocked along with the
required lens packs. The end user simply chooses the product configuration preferred.
The 133 x 114mm PredatorTM has a unique insert for magnification lens use. Simply slide
the "mag-lens" into the three position holder.
Half face MoldexTM Respiratory can be worn comfortably underneath the PredatorTM helmet.

Air purifying respirators use cartridges or canisters constructed of carbon or paper-based filters to remove contaminants or particles from non-IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health) environments. Air purifying respirators that rely on the user's inhalation to draw the ambient air over the filters are called negative pressure air purifying respirators. Those that utilize blower to pull the ambient air through the filters and then push it to the user are called positive pressure air purifying respirators. Air-purifying respirators have numerous applications from construction and automotive repair to pharmaceutical and oil production.
