The OKi PS-900 Soldering System, powered by SmartHeat® Technology, is part of a new generation of cost-effective soldering systems from OK International. The PS-900 packs power and provides exceptional thermal control into a small benchtop footprint. The PS-900 increases productivity by performing a wide range of applications. It is suited for lead-free soldering processes, multilayer boards and thermally demanding components. What's more, SmartHeat technology enables the PS-900 to solder at lower temperatures, even for such demanding applications as lead-free soldering processes. This means operators are more productive and materials are safe from damaging temperatures.

The PS-900 is designed for simplicity and low maintenance. With SmartHeat Technology at its core, it requires no calibration. Moreover, it uses high quality tips that assure low ongoing operating costs. Eye-Rim forming machine 2D/3D
Aquisition of the model through a feeler pin. Better accuracy of the finished product thanks to the improvement of the wire properties by using a set of pressure rollers in the horizontal and vertical axes. Easy and quick machine setup when changing wire dimensions. Double check to verify there is no wire slipping to prevent any length difference. Highly precise and fast hydraulic cutting system with the possibility to choose a straight or a "V" cutting. Built-in PC and 14' "CRT monitor" equipped with a continuity group to prevent any data loss in case of black out. Easy realisation of new rim models, with curvature from 4 to 9. Easy correction of both eye shape and curvature where necessary. User-friendly "help on line" software.

The Master Controller V2 is a computerized industrial control unit housed in a robust stainless steel container, designed for automatic and semi-automatic management of soldering cycles carried out using CEIA Power Cube Induction Generators.
The Controller comes with a set of four predefined programs. All operating parameters for each phase of the heating cycle can be programmed within a wide range of values. This allows maximum flexibility in setting the heating and cooling times, the power supplied by the induction generators, the operating temperatures for the piece being worked on and the quantity and feed speed of the solder.
Together with the optical temperature sensors (SH series) and the solder dispensers (WF series), the CEIA Master Controller V2 allows the creation of efficient induction soldering systems and achievement of completely repeatable, economical heating processes and finished products.
An RS-232 serial interface allows connection to a PLC, PC or external logic for remote loading and running of operating programs.
The photocoupler-type static inputs have programmable P/N logic, and together with the static outputs are subject to a programmable auxiliary voltage of 12/24 V.
