The UNI-BUG III will make continuous or intermittent stitch welds. The machine will mount and run directly on the work piece. Each carriage is designed to fit on a specific steel profile.
The UNI-BUG III features stitch welding which is programmable by distance. If you require stitch welding simply set the selector switch to the intermittent weld setting and program the length of weld, skip and required delay for pre-flow and burn back.

Since the Optrel Satellite was launched, most welders cannot imagine life without this comfortable helmet. The Satellite really is near to perfection, not only with regard to comfort and safety, but also where additional functions are concerned.
The DIN 4/5-9/9-13 protective level function gives the
welder the freedom to use different materials and welding processes. Other options enable the helmet to be individually adapted to the needs of the welder. |
|
Welding requires complete concentration. This is no problem with the Optrel Orion: the unique sensor technology allows the welding cartridge to automatically select the protection level and constantly adapt it to the welding application and the intensity of the arc during the welding process.
The user can select “Auto” or “Manual”. In the “Manual” setting, the user can select the protection level that is best for him. He can adjust the shade setting as required to ensure the most comfortable shade level at all times.
If the welder selects “Auto”, the helmet automatically adapts the protection level to the current arc intensity. He can also use the fine adjustment to adjust the automatically selected protection plus or minus one shade level to satisfy his individual needs without the fear of any problem of eye damage. |

The Optrel OSC has been on the market for more than 10 years and is still number one with many welders. The simple, but pleasing shape of the OSC, together with the high quality DIN 9-13 cartridge, offers long-lasting and reliable protection.
Thanks to the large protection level knob on the outside of the helmet, the protection level can be changed easily without removing the helmet even when wearing gloves. |
|
| The Optrel p450 offers the welder a standard DIN 9-13 function which protects the welder during most of the standard welding processes. The good quality ADF combined with the p400-helmet shell guarantees a long life time and a good standard of helmet for every welder. |
|
Standard functions in a top quality helmet. Thanks to the extremely high quality filter and the use of the OSE helmet shell, the welder benefits from excellent optics, shade selection plus comfort and protection advantages.
The welder can select the protection level according to his requirements using the slide switch on the rear of the cartridge. It can be set to either DIN 10 or DIN 11. The detection angle for ambient light can be selected using the sensor bar. |

The Optrel Brilliant combines the advantages of an outstanding helmet shell and a range of features with an advanced ADF cartridge. This was already confirmed by the focus safty-design award.
The new-technology ADF cartridge on the Optrel Brilliant enables a clear, detailed and true-colour view both of the object being welded and all machine indicators. This allows red LEDs on the welding machine to be read without removing the helmet.
Efficient and accurate working is improved, weld pool clarity is enhanced, whilst maintaining the ability to use various add-on options for the customary Sperian comfort. |
|
| The cartridge in the Optrel p420 was formerly known as NOVA. The DIN 3/11-cartridge is solar powered and therefore requires no replacement batteries. |

| Fusion Paste Brazing Alloys contain finely atomized filler metal, a fluxing agent, and a paste-like binder. Each of these components has a unique function to perform when blended into a Fusion Paste Alloy. All pastes are designed to be automatically dispensed to control costs and yield superior part joint quality. |
|
Of all brazing processes, the most variables are presented when brazing in atmosphere or vacuum. Among these are the type of base and filler metal used, type of atmosphere, dew point, temperature, and even furnace construction. Most furnace brazing pastes are supplied without flux, consisting only of atomized filler metal and a neutral binder.
Fusion offers a full line of controlled atmosphere brazing pastes for various base metals and filler metals. The filler metals include copper and copper based alloys, including copper/phosphorous based systems, silver brazing alloys, and aluminum based filler metals. |

| Fusion Paste Soldering Alloys contain finely atomized filler metal, a fluxing agent, and a paste-like binder. Each of these components has a unique function to perform when blended into a Fusion Paste Alloy. All pastes are designed to be automatically dispensed to control costs and yield superior part joint quality. |

The b300-serie-products are glass-fibre reinforced. This produces an absolutely resistant material that reliably protects the welder from spatter and high temperatures up to around 400 °C.
The use of a compact layer of fibreglass and a medium wall thickness makes the b300-series products extremely lightweight.
The b100 line includes shields, helmets and flip-up helmets. |
|
Optrel b100 series is manufactured from high-grade thermoplastic resin. The excellent temperature and resistance properties of this material make an ideal fit with the modern, ergonomic form.
The Optrel b100 series are primarily recommended for welders who require a dependable basic product. For occasional electrode welding jobs, they offer an affordable solution for good, reliable eye and facial protection suitable for applications up to around 100 °C.
The b100 line includes shields, helmets and flip-up helmets. |
|
Especially designed for welders, the Optrel OS100 provides ideal protection against IR/UV radiations, flying particles, metal fumes and dusts emitted during welding and associated processes.
A blower powered by a rechargeable battery draws ambient air through a fine particulate filter and ventilates the helmet with clean and refreshing air. The unit is fitted with both a visible an audible alarm which tells the operator if the filter is blocked or the battery is low. For a well adapted fit, outstanding wearing comfort, and a perfect seal, the face seal used is made from a knitted soft flame retardant material. A comfortable flame-retardant waist belt threads through a leather lumbar support which fits the system to the user’s body. |

| Active brazing alloys are used to braze ceramic materials with stainless steel. Active brazing alloys contain titanium and are always used for furnace brazing with protective atmosphere made by argon or vacuum. Active brazing alloys may be also used to braze alumina and nickel based alloys. Active brazing alloys are delivered in wire, rings, preforms and paste. |
|
In 1981 we turned the world of welding on its head by introducing the first commercially-viable auto darkening welding filter. Ever since then, the Speedglas™ brand and the technology behind it has been the standard to which others aspire.
The Speedglas 9100 is an ideal shield for the professional welder - a shield with optimised protection, comfort and performance. |

The SEK500 and SEK600 series weld heads provide precision and repeatability for thousands of dollars less than similar weld heads. The SEK weld head activates the weld at a user defined pressure setting. This ensures that welds will be repeatable for small and large production runs.
The SEK500 series is designed to meet the needs of the battery manufacturing sector, while the SEK600 series weld heads are designed for general fine spot opposed resistance welding. The SEK500A and SEK600A are air actuated while the SEK500B and SEK600B use a foot pedal to lower the weld head. Air actuation has advantages in ease of use and convenience for high volume applications. The manual foot pedal weld heads have a lower initial cost and are well suited for short periods of use. |
