UFO-N is irreplaceable in dry dust capturing (without aggressive pollutants or
compounds creating explosion hazard) arising during the welding
and other processes in chemical industry, food production, pharma-
ceutical industry, plastic processing etc. Due to the automatically
cleaned cartridge fi lters with the tefl on membrane, the dust parti-
cles – even those which are smaller than 0.4 μm - are being separated
on the outer surface of the fi lter, where they should be periodically
removed by means of the compressed air impulses.
Following versions of UFO-N device are available:

STRUCTURE
Each UFO-N device consists of:
- radial fan,
- pre-fi lter capturing the large diameter dust
- cartridge fi lter of polyester paper covered with a tefl on membrane

UFO-N is adapted for installing the ERGO extraction arms of
workrange 2, 3 or 4 metres and diameter 160mm (ERGO-L/Z-R).
UFO-1 is adapted for attachment of one extraction arm, whereas
UFO-2 for two extraction arms.
USE
After the device is switched on, the automation unit ensures the
continuous function of the fan and at the same time regenerates the
fi lters by means of the periodical compressed air impulses without
the work interruption.

The ECO trolley-mounted and ECO P wall-mounted electrostatic cleaners have been designed to extract and filter welding fumes (T version) or oil mists (N version). ECO cleaners comprise:
1. Sturdy frame made from painted sheet metal. The trolley-mounted version is fitted with appropriately-sized wheels while the wall-mounted version is supplied with a sturdy wall bracket.

We differentiate between pipetype and hosetype as well as internal and external joints. As they come with a spring support, all of the arms are self-supporting in the set position.
The exhaust ventilation hood is equipped with a throttle valve that enables the flow rate to be set individually. For lengths of 5 m and more, the arm is supplied with an additional wall-mounted boom of 2 or rather 4 m length. This is equipped with a C-beam for attaching a mechanical wire box or tools.
