The Laserex laser fume extractors can be connected to existing machinery using custom or standard extraction manifolds. The fume extractor can be linked to a line control circuit so that it starts and stops with the main machinery.
Failsafe controls can also be set to stop the line if extraction flow rate falls below a pre-set minimum or hazardous gases get through the system.
Unlike "vent to atmosphere" systems, the Purex system can be relocated with a production line quickly and efficiently with no pipework contamination issues.

Adapter for exhaust ventilation hood (diameter 150)
We differentiate between pipetype and hosetype as well as internal and external joints. As they come with a spring support, all of the arms are self-supporting in the set position.
The exhaust ventilation hood is equipped with a throttle valve that enables the flow rate to be set individually. For lengths of 5 m and more, the arm is supplied with an additional wall-mounted boom of 2 or rather 4 m length. This is equipped with a C-beam for attaching a mechanical wire box or tools.

The Filter-Master is a mobile mechanical filter designed and ideally suited for use at various welding workplaces and conditions. Built of rigid sheet metal construction and incorporating anti corrosive powder coating; the Filter-Master is designed for every day use. Four heavy duty rubber castors allow ease of movement within the factory and the 3.0 m extraction arm into any desired position.
