The UtiliTrak® linear guide utilizes Bishop-Wisecarver’s signature DualVee Motion Technology™, proven highly reliable in the most challenging of operating environments. Its resistance to contamination in the bearing contact region is unsurpassed by other antifriction technologies, particularly those that employ recirculating elements at the channel/carriage interface. UtiliTrak is easy to install and maintain, and has the lowest installed cost in its class.
UtiliTrak combines high reliability with smooth, antifriction operation, all within a sleek, compact design.
SW Series features steel guide wheels running on a hardened bearing steel channel for larger loads and smooth operation. SW Series can accomodate loads up to 14,040N and speeds to 5.5m/s.
PW Series uses polymer guide wheels running on an anodized aluminum channel, which provides a more economical and lightweight choice for lighter duty applications where highly smooth operation is not as critical. PW Series can handle loads to 311N, and is quiet, corrosion and wear resistant.

* single Shaft Assemblies (SA series) are a complete pre-engineered assembly which simplifies the use of a linear bearing system in a mechanical positioning application. Each assembly has a steel shaft pre- mounted to a black anodized precision machined aluminum support. The pre- drilled base mounting holes in the 6, 12, 18, and 24 inch aluminum supports allow for easy customer mounting. The SA assemblies come in standard lengths from 6 to 192 inches and with shaft diameters from 1/2 to 2 inches.
* Twin Rail shaft assemblies are a complete pre-engineered assembly which simplifies the use of a linear bearing system in a mechanical positioning application. The two steel shafts are mounted and pre-aligned on the common base, therefore eliminating the time consuming alignment process normally required for two seperate shafts. The pre-drilled base mounting holes in the aluminum support allow for easy customer mounting. Each 6, 12, 18, & 24 inch aluminum support has two threaded holes at one end, to assist in leveling the assembly in the final mechanical structure. The TRSA assemblies come in standard lengths from 6 to 192 inches, and with shaft diameters from 1/2 to 2 inches. |
|
The shafts support rails provide a support to the shaft and are used in combination with the housing and bearing units of open design.
All of the shaft support rails are made in aluminum alloy.
They are available in multiple versions :
- FTSN, FTSW and FTSWA for mounting from the top
- FTSU for mounting from the bottom
- FTSS and FTSC for lateral mounting |

GUIDANCE HAS ROLLERS
SHOES OF GUIDANCE
The shoes of guidance to rollers have a steel induction hardenings structure and rectified, provided with four circuits of recirculation to rollers. These systems are used in the event of load very
raised.
Sealing:
The whole of the shoes of guidance to rollers are delivered with seals of sealing:
- seals of end (seal scraper),
- lower seals,
in order to increase the lifespan by preventing dust, the chips,... to be introduced inside the shoe.
Lubrication:
A lubricator is provided with the whole of the shoes of guidance. The standard localization of the lubricators on the whole of the shoes of guidance is at the ends. However for certain types of assemblies the lubricators can be assembled on the side of the shoe, to specify at the time of the request.
RAIL OF GUIDANCE
All our rails of guidance are out of tempered steel and rectified, they are delivered either in standard length, or put at length and are chamfered, and accompanied by shutters for the clamp holes.
It is possible to have an important length by carrying out a junction (rails of end to end put guidance). |

INA monorail guidance systems are compact linear guidance systems with high rigidity and load carrying capacity, supplied in complete form as standard and based on either rollers or balls. These guidance systems can support loads from all directions – apart from the direction of motion – and moments about all axes. They are available in various accuracy and preload classes and are therefore suitable for applications with high guidance and positioning requirements.
Monorail guidance systems are part of a modular concept, i.e. within one size, guideways can be combined with all carriage types. This means more economical stockholding, simplified fitting and more rapid replacement parts sourcing.
In order to reduce maintenance costs, monorail guidance systems have a lubricant reservoir. All-round sealing of the carriages protects the rolling element systems from contamination even under demanding environmental conditions.

CURVILINE: ...the rail which goes “straight” to the solution!
ROLLON’s CURVILINE is the cost effective linear solution for applications with linear movement that isn’t always strictly linear. It is a custom solution made according to your application’s needs.
The system is composed of one or more sliders and a zinc-plated rail. The sliders have multiple radial ball bearings mounted to them providing the movement and carrying the load.
Two versions are available: one with a constant radius, and one with a variable radius which can be composed of both straight and curved sections.
Each version has its own specific slider which is designed to uniformly follow the rail without modification to its preload. All sliders have radial ball bearings which are lubricated for life and offer long life due to their hardened raceways. |
|
The simple yet extremely versatile design of the rails in this family is the characteristic that defines their success. Made from cold-drawn steel with internal, hardened raceways like most of ROLLON’s products, these slides are made for repeated industrial use. With high load and moment capacities, EASY RAIL linear bearings are known for their high quality, affordability, ease of movement, and compactness.
|
|
Compact Rail has all of the characteristic that distinguishes Rollon’s entire product line:
compactnees, smooth movement, and ease of use. The “T + U” and “K + U” rail systems can be mounted on non-machine surfaces and can even compensate for mounting surface parallelism inconsistencies. This flexibility allows the design engineer to focus more time and energy on the application itself and not on the components while saving large amounts of mounting time and, therefore, money. All Compact Rail sliders have radial ball bearings rollers, which provide smooth and fast movement.
