Genesis 503 PME
These are inverter power sources purposely designed for exceptional quality continuous wire welding (MIG/MAG, PULSED MIG) and electrode welding (MMA); TIG welding with contact ignition is also possible.
The control panel is easy to use and 52 different synergic curves are available to the operator for MIG/MAG and pulsed MIG welding of all the most common materials.
A duty cycle tested at 40° C ensures interruption free operation to 100% at 25° C.
performance in pulsed arc welding. They are ideal for use even with thin aluminium and stainless steel sheet, with which they give a weld quality similar to that achievable with TIG welding.
The WF104 separate wire feed unit weighs only 19 kg (without wire reel) and can be positioned above the power source on a pin, which permits 360° rotation, or at a distance near the work place by means of a connection cable bundle up to 10 m long; the microprocessor, the Encoder and a sturdy 4 roller gearmotor ensure maximum precision in welding wire delivery speed.
At switch-off, the last welding condition is stored, making it easier to re-start work after interruptions.

SMI series is made up of single and three-phase asynchronous electric motors with integrated frequency converter. Power range is between 0,37 kW and 7.5 kW (frame size from 71 up to 132). Unit is made up of a high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous electric motor and a compact frequency inverter placed at the non drive end. The SMI series motors are TEFC, IP 55 (available IP56), class F (class H available). SMI motors offer a wide range of overload capacity and a high thermal reserve. The frame consists of aluminium alloy. Shields and flanges are aluminium up to axis height 90 and cast iron from 100 up to 132 frame size . The inverter housing is isolated from the motor in order to avoid heat transmission (patented system); inverter dissipator is self-ventilated. The frequency converter electronics is very reliable as it has been developed in cooperation with the main inverter manufacturer companies; control can be V/F type (frequency voltage control) or SLV type (sensorless vector control). SMI motor can be easily programmed using only three buttons. On request, motor can be arranged for main Bus fields (Profibus, Interbus-S, Device, etc.):
SMI motors are projected as built-in inverter motors and not just as simple assembly of a standard motor with an inverter.

More efficient, lower current, 30 and 40 Hertz designs can result in reduced drive size
Normally closed thermostats, one per phase
Tough Standards
Dynamic Balanced per NEMA to assure smooth, vibration free car operation
Ground tested at the winding stage, surge and ground tested before final assembly then given a commercial test per NEMA
Increased Motor Life
Our Enhanced Class F Insulation System handles the wave front voltages and dvdt levels that are major factors affecting elevator motor insulation life. Phase insulation, slot liners and wedges are high dielectric strength materials. A two component, 100% reactive, solventless polyester resin Class H varnish is used to impregnate the hoist motor stators. This varnish provides superior protection and strength as well as being in compliance with industrial environmental regulations. Lincoln's insulation system exceeds the requirements for inverter-fed motors per NEMA MG1, Part 31.
Superior Construction
Our rigid, low noise, low vibration construction features include rugged steel frame construction with cast iron end brackets and heavy cast steel, full length feet with gussets, welded to each side of the frame. Our hoist motors are provided with elevator shaft end play and oversized ball bearings with two pre-loading bearing washers to insure quiet bearing operation and centering of the rotor. A standard one inch diameter stub shaft for encoder mounting is machined as an integral part of the AISI 1045 hot rolled, medium carbon steel shaft (not a press in or bolt on piece that may require alignment).

SITI ISV MOTO INVERTER combines the actual performance of mechanical variators with reliability and flexibility that are typical features of the electronic control.
With ISV MOTO INVERTER it is possible to adjust the system speed by operating locally, as it happens with the hand grip of a mechanical variator.
In order to carry out these adjustments, SITI ISV MOTO INVERTER is equipped with an integrated keyboard for an easy and direct configuration of the inverter.
A display allows to visualize conveniently the speed that was previously set and to check actual parameters.
Main features:
- It enables a remarkable cabling cost reduction, both labour and actual costs (due to cables not needing any shielding), as well as panel board costs, due to the smaller dimensions.
- No need of external filters.
- It is accordance with EC directives on the electromagnetic compatibility EMC, thanks to the absence of the external cables between motor and inverter and to the presence of an integrated filter that eliminates possible circuit transient.
