The radial piston design ensures very high starting torque efficiencies, especially at high pressures where they are most required in mobile applications. Efficiency is typically > 94% at 400 bar.
The maximum torque requirement for roller motor applications generally occurs with the vehicle al standstill or at low speeds, for example, during acceleration from stand-still or when overcoming an obstacle or slope.
High starting torque in the industrial hydraulic motors therefore means better vehicle performance, less energy wastage and heat generation, especially with frequent stop-start work cycles. |

HEINZMANN offers compact drives integrated into the wheel hub and complete drive systems for use in light electric vehicles.
The RN Series comprises a brush-type disk motor integrated into the wheel hub and a transmission, with or without integrated freewheel. The motors feature axle ends on both sides, and are designed to be mounted on a fork bracket. They are characterized by their extremely low weight and are used for bicycles, scooters, three-wheelers, rickshaws and various goods transportation vehicles.

HEINZMANN not only offers drive components and systems, but can also provide light electric vehicles with these fitted. Electric bicycles are currently available in various configurations, as an e-bike or pedelec, or as a complete retrofit kit for self-installation.

The RN-EC Series are direct drive, multipole, manufacturer of brushless dc motors with a single-sided wheel hub mounting. As well as the drive components, the motors include integrated drive and control electronics, and an integrated mechanical holding brake if required.
When arranged in pairs, the motors can communicate with each other and with a control device (e.g. industrial joystick) using a CAN bus, providing a means for executing steering movements for the vehicle. Applications include: goods transport systems, flat bed industrial carts, cargo trolleys, etc. The drive systems are also available with either handgrip or remote control options.
Single motors are also used as battery-powered, independent suppliers of actuators for providing rotational and pivoting motion.

They offer you the comfort of operating your roller shutters or awnings automatically by pressing a button instead of via crank drives or belts. The easily installed tubular motors can be fitted into shafts from 40 to 98 mm. They require very little space and are protected against overload by a thermal protection system.
