Taking the strain from ground level
The Eltor E5 and E3 Tyre can be supplied with the FIX system. The Fix system allows mounting of the E5 and E3 on special wheels that do not require lateral locking rims.
Special three-compound wheel to give optimun comfort, minimum rolling resistance, simple and rapid mounting on the rim avoiding the necessity for fixing rings.
* The unique bead configuration with special heavy duty dege strip ensures that the tyre is securely locked in the throat of the rim withouty clip ring.
* This result in a better seat in the well of the rim and superior performance with greatly enhanced comfort.
* Using a single fitting ring, the tyre can be rapidally dismounted from the rim without damage to the special bead profile.
* The FIX has been designed to suit LEMMERZ rims or other types of similar configuration and dimensions.

The XZM and STABIL‘X XZM TL were developed for mechanical handling trucks travelling short distances (up to 15 km in an hour) at speeds not exceeding 35 km/h, running over aggressive and abrasive surfaces.

Tires and rubber
Shredding is the only way to reduce the growing mountain of used tires. UNTHA has therefore developed special cutters for two and four-shaft machines for this very purpose. Depending on the intended use, both shredder systems can achieve a defined rubber granule size of 20 to 100 mm and larger. The rubber granules produced are mainly processed further in recycling plants, e.g. granule factories, or burnt in cement works as an alternative energy source.

A huge part of the tyres is used in incinerators as energy source. Another part is reprocessed to fine-particle granulate and separated into its components, so that it can be reused in many different products. To arrange the transport and the linked recycling process more economically, Erdwich invented the mobile tyre shredder RZA 6000. Whit this mobile machine, the high volume tyres can be comminute before transporting them directly beside the mostly “wild” scrap tyre disposals. Also car tyres with rims are no difficulty. That way costs for transport and further processing can be minimised.
We can also offer whole tyre recycling plants for fine-granulating from 0 to 5 mm grain size (metal free) in known ERDWICH quality. Thereby the innovative and economic separating of the tyre components is our main objective, to achieve a high value creation through maximal end product purity.
