VOLTAGE CONVERTERS
Voltage converters are specially designed to supply and control lifting direct current electromagnets of any power and simultanious supply of several electromagnets with summary current not exceeding allowed values.
Peculiarities:
1. Increase of the electromagnet service life perod owing to the high-speed election protections and emergency alarm in the course of operation.
2. Overvoltage is missing during recuperation and demagnetization.
3. Continous voltage adjustment, opportunity to separate materials moved by a conveyer.
4. The output increases due to growing in speed of a current buildup and dropping in an electromagnet.
5. Universality - they are intended for the iron separators with 100% duty cycle rating.
6. Alphanumeric display of the running parameters, operating regimes and emergency messages.
7. Sound emergency alarm.
8. Small weight and sizes allow to place a changer of series PN-500 proximately in the crane-s cabine in any place suitable for an operator.
9. At the request of the customer the control system is completed with the remote board.

The SITEMA Safety Brake type KSP is designed to hold a vertical moved mass in one direction (against gravity). The holding is done on a round shaft. This could be an already existing cylinder rod or a separate rod. The Safety Catcher can also be used to catch the falling load in case of an emergency-stop. The holding force is relatively big in one direction (downwards) and in the other direction (upwards) relatively small.
Safety brakes are already used in the following applications

- vertical axes of loaders

The KALLER Flange Stripper is used in flanging dies for lifting up the part after the flanging operation.
The KALLER Blank lifter or Stock lifter is used in progressive dies to lift the coil between each forming step.
The KALLER Flange stripper unit is available for top mount and wall/bottom mount and with a stroke length of 50 and 80 mm.
The lifting force in the flange stripper is delivered by a gas spring with an initial force of 200 daN. The gas spring is inverted and fitted into the flange stripper unit.
During try-out and maintenance the slide and/or the gas spring can easily be removed by unscrewing the guide bolt. Once the guide bolt is unscrewed the slide can be lifted up and the gas spring can be remowed. It is now possible to put the slide back and the slide can be moved up and down by hand for try-out.
The KALLER Stocklifter, SLM 300, eliminates the need for additional guide bushings or antirotation features in progressive dies. It simplifies tool design and saves cost and space. It has an easily adjustable force range from 450 to 3100 N. The rigid design makes it even more feasible than applying standard gas springs in this application.

These units have an extremely robust design that can withstand high side loading.
They therefore allow stock / guide rails to be attached directly to the piston rod.
They can also be mounted upside down in progression dies and used to attached stripper plates without the need for additional guide elements.

Flex-Lifter™ Conveyor Belt Lifter
Lifting a tensioned conveyor belt to replace worn idlers or to set up a splicing station can be a difficult and hazardous job. The Flex-Lifter™ makes the job safe, fast and easy.
This belt lifter has the highest safe lift rating available at 4,000 lbs (1,810kg). It can handle the toughest maintenance tasks, like lifting a loaded, tensioned belt. The Flex-Lifter™ is also versatile. Each model can lift both topside (troughed or flat) belts and return side belts.
This easy-to-use tool is portable and comes in two models: Medium for belt widths 36-60” (900-1500mm) and Large for belts 48-72” (1200-1800mm). This unit is only 6-3/4” (169mm) high in its closed position so it can easily be placed on the conveyor structure between the belts; and adjustable leg extensions adapt to varying structure widths. The fully opened heights of 14” (350mm) for the Medium model and 16” (400mm) for the Large model allow enough room above troughing rollers to set up a belt splicing station.

Our stacking door technology has been proven in practical use throughout the past 30 years.
While opening, the door panels stack into a pack just behind the lintel so effectively, that lighting devices, lifting platforms, crane runways and other fittings located on the ceiling are not affected.
All functional components (guide wheels, electrical feed lines, anti drop device, etc.) use minimal space and are well protected in the lateral tracks. Fibreglass is mainly used for the cladding of the doors. Our fibreglass is manufactures in an in-house developed process and provides a light transmission of up to 78 %. This provides light-flooded working areas which reduces energy consumption in the daytime and creates a pleasant working ambience.
The twin-walled fibreglass elements provide excellent thermal insulation - the all around sealing of the door prevents unnecessary energy losses and draughts in the building.
