Spurgear winches TL125-2000kg
The GEBUWINch range of hand-driven spur geared winches are robustly built and meet the construction and safety standards in accordance with DIN 15020. The spur geared winches are available in various hoisting capacities. These are between 125 kg and 2000 kg calculated on the first cable layer on the cable drum. The spur geared winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance-free bearings. The winches are available in combined grey/black enamel paint (GR) or provided with zinc-plated surface treatment (EV), which means that rust protection is further improved.
The type designation is as follows:

Wormgear winches WW2000-5000kg
The GEBUWINch range of hand-driven worm geared winches are robustly built and meet the construction and safety standards in accordance with DIN 15020. The worm geared winches are available in different hoisting capacities. These are between 2000 kg and 5000 kg calculated on the first layer on the cable drum. The worm geared winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance-free bearings.
The winches are available in combined grey/black enamel paint (GR) or provided with zinc- plated surface treatment (EV), which means that rust protection is further improved.
This range of winches is standard provided with a secondary drive. This allows you to use a second hoisting speed by transferring the crank.
The cable drum can be provided with a cable groove (GD) for better cable routing and storage.
The winches are available with a free-spool device for the cable drum (FS). This cable drum free-spool device can, if necessary, also be provided with an adjustable friction brake (FSB), for controlled cable unwinding.

By dividing the cable drum into a number of cable compartments, the use of 2 cables (D or 2D) as standard is possible on all worm geared winches. Upon request, a number of cables is possible.

Joyce Bevel Gear screw jacks offer higher efficiency and greater speed than other mechanical screw jacks. At the same time, Bevel Gear S Series jacks still provide the benefit of a self-locking screw-no special brake is required to prevent the jack from lowering under load. Spiral bevel gears increase strength for higher capacities.
Bevel Gear screw jacks also act as a miter gear box, making them an ideal choice for many multi-jack systems. As many as three output shafts may be specified for mounting motors, limit switches, readout devices and other accessories.
Bevel Gear screw jacks are also available complete with reducer or direct drive in a ready-to-run package.

| Rocking type inspection instruments for gears and splines are a cost-efficient solution for single productions and small batches. With a bit of skill, the actual dimension over and between balls, i.e. the highest measurement point, can be found by rocking the instrument. We recommend a Frenco UPM-certificate for all VA inspection instruments in order to verify a sufficiently small measuring uncertainty regarding the tolerance to be measured. |
