Since 1992 we have developed and produced two different variants of our patented professional solution. In connection with the extensive offer of stop elements, work chucking fixtures, and positioning elements, you can erect very complex and modular devices in a very short time. The breadboard system, the screen lines, and the completely integrated fine scaling system allow both the precise clamping and adjusting, and to repeat the process very often.
Thanks to our most recent innovation, the new positioning - and - clamping - tube, type "PSR", now both the effectiveness and the flexibility of the use of every screen boring of the original Demmeler 3D - clamping - system can be increased to 30 to 50 per cent. The diversity of our referential product of world - renown allows a broad variety of applications: Part of it are structural steel engineering, sheet metal working, robotics, mounting and measuring devices as well as laser welding, laser cutting, the making of prototypes, and body making.

The TFX6 line has been projected to deal with assembly functions, before or after the testing phase, or to handle testing with more pieces at the same time.
Therefore the TB400 bench gets complemented with a free pallet line which provides for the transfer of the pieces among the stations thus allowing even more manual interventions
Applications
- Gas filters
- Gas regulators
- CO2 Analyzers
- Tank taps

Main characteristic of the working centre for fitting hardware 25BFAS is the extreme versatility. Following the individuale needs, several tools can be placed in this centre, even afterwards, and its functions can be hereafter summarized:
- drilling unit with three spindles, for the cremone bolts;
- milling unit to box cremone bolts;
- placement of handle, both at right and at left;
- placement of handle height;
- automatic survey of measures and cut execution, for cremone bolts, scissors, compasses and eventual third closures;
- fixing of hardware by electric or pneumatic screw, by manual or automatic system;
- insertion of hinges, or position survey, drilling and insertion.
Furthermore, many operations can become automations through mechanical memories, pneumatic memories, logics run by Plc.

ASSEMBLY ROBOTS:
Several models are available for a variety of assembly applications including the unique dual-arm SDA10D robot, the compact HP3 robot and the 7-axis SIA20D robot.
The slim, dual-arm SDA10D robot is strong, quick and agile. It provides “human-like” flexibility with 15 axes of motion (7 axes per arm, plus a single axis for base rotation). Powerful actuator-based design and best-in-class wrist characteristics make the SDA10D robot ideally suited for a wide variety of assembly, part transfer, machine tending, packaging and other handling tasks that formerly could only be done by people.
The compact, high-speed HP3 robot requires minimal installation space. It offers superior performance in small part applications such as assembly, dispensing, packaging, material handling and machine tending.
The SIA20D (Slim In-line Arm) robot features a revolutionary 7-axis design with best-in-class wrist performance characteristics that enables amazing freedom of movement, coupled with the ability to maneuver in very tight areas. Short axis lengths and extreme motion flexibility allow the slim SIA20D manipulator to be positioned out of the normal working area without limiting the motion range of any axis. The agile, versatile SIA20D opens up a wide range of industrial applications to robots and is ideal for assembly, injection molding, inspection, machine tending and a host of other operations.
