The CEFEM steel SAFEBLOC switch Disconnector is a cut-off and lock device. It complies with standards and regulations to ensure the safety of operators in industry, where the risk is permanent.
The SAFEBLOC enclosure includes a position indicator (ON / OFF or I / O) for a better guarantee of safety.
The cut-off system is clearly visible to the operator and is maintained whatever the circumstances.
These boxes can be installed on machines or close to each engine.
The security features are multiple:
The switch contacts are visible when the switch is open, the mechanical indicator allows to view at one glance the position of the switch, double lock prohibits to open the door when switch is ON and the closure of the switch when the door is open, the handle is lockable by 3 padlocks on ON position.
Further functions can be equipped according to your specifications: push buttons, lock, cable glands, instrumentation, etc…

The CEFEM dust SAFEBLOC ATEX is a cut-off and lock device intended to be used in areas with risk of explosion: zone 21 and 22, for dust "D", according to the EU directive 94/9/EC.
It complies with standards and regulations to ensure the safety of operators involved in the emergency break, the break for mechanical maintenance and the safety break beside any low-voltage circuit terminal.
They are composed of an IM switch disconnector, with a visible cut off, controlled by a right side handle, lockable by three padlocks on OFF position.
A position indicator (ON / OFF or I / O) allows you to view at one glance the position of the switch.
The cut-off system is clearly visible to the operator through a glass window triplex.
These 2mm thick boxes steel are very robust.
A double lock prohibits the opening of the door when the switch is ON and the closure of the switch when the door is open.
Further functions can be equipped according to your specifications: push buttons, lock, cable glands, instrumentation, etc…

COMMON FEATURES
The units allow a simple and cost effective solution for
enclosure cooling.
Designed for easy clip-on mounting and made out of high resistance, self extinguishing ABS UL94VO grade (RAL7035) they cover an air flow rate range from 35 m3/hr to 1100 m3/hr.
They provide an IP54 protection degree.
All the fans are mounted on ball bearings with MTBF of 40000 hours. |

Seifert has relied on consequent engineering for the four actual EMC filter fan models which have a lot to offer: suppression of up to 100dB thanks to a metallized EMC grid, a high protecting rating of IP55 & an assembly frame for easy mounting.
