Structural system XC (module 44 mm)
Structural system XC is based on aluminium beams with T-slots for easy interconnections and attachment of external devices. The system is based on the 44 mm module. Beam sizes in the XC system range from 24x24 mm up to 176x88 mm.
The system offers sturdy components which provide high load capacity for both static and linear motion systems. It is used within a wide range of applications, from frameworks, workbenches and enclosures to special machinery, pick and place units and gantry robots.
Structual system XF (module 30 mm)
Structual system XF consists of a range of standard components with emphasis on enclosure applications based on the 30 mm module. It includes two basic beam types, the support beams (XFBM) in cross-sectional dimensions 30 mm x 30 mm and 30 mm x 60 mm as well as several enclosure beams (XFEB) intended for enclosure frameworks. The system also includes other components for enclosures, including hinges, handles, strips for nets and panels, etc.

Radial insert ball bearings are single row, rady-to-fit units comprising a solid outer ring, an inner ring extended on one or both sides, cages made from plastic or sheet steel and P, R, L or T seals. Bearings with an inner ring extended on both sides undergo less tilting of the inner ring and therefore run more smoothly.
The outer ring has a crowned or cylindrical outside surface. In conjunction with an INA housing matched to the bearing type, bearings with a crowned outside surface compensate for shaft misalignments; see Compensation of misalignments.
They are located on the shaft by means of an eccentric locking collar, grub screws in the inner ring, an adapter sleeve, drive slot or fit. Radial insert ball bearings are particularly easy to fit, suitable for drawn shafts of grade h6 to h9 and, with a few exceptions, can be relubricated.
Some series with an eccentric locking collar and with grub screws in the inner ring are also available with an inch size bore.

FAG housing and bearing units have successfully been used in machinery, installations and equipment.
FAG bearing housings are usually made of greycast iron.
As a rule, the bearing seats in the housings are machined in such a way that the bearings can be
displaced, i.e. they are of the floating type. All outer surfaces of FAG housings and housing parts are provided with a universal coat of paint (colour RAL 7031, bluish grey).
Depending on the operating conditions, the bearing housings can be sealed with rubbing seals, non-rubbing seals, and combinations of both.

The Qmax Series High Performance Reach-in forced-convection oven is specifically designed to meet the frequent air changes and tight temperature uniformity required of the ASTM 5423 Type I & Type II oven specification. A high-volume fan circulates air through perforated, stainless steel walls to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven. The result is highly uniform airflow to easily meet ASTM 5423 Type I and II specification while tested according to ASTM 5374.
The Qmax Series High Performance Reach-in oven exceeds the ASTM 5423 Type II performance requirement a temperature variation of less than 6°C at 300°C while maintaining 100-200 air changes per hour. In addition, the brass bar thermal lag time showed superior oven temperature recovery. These ovens can be used for applications such as thermal evaluation of electrical insulating materials, testing, aging, curing, drying, sterilizing and other thermal applications where tight temperature uniformity is required.
