Flip Mirror Holder KSH 90
The swing leaf bears a wobble plate with an adjustment range of ± 0.5° and an aperture of 2". Optics with a thickness > 12 mm (normally 2" mirrors) are fixed with a plastic screw.
Optical components (such as mirrors and beam splitting paltes) having a thickness of only 10 mm can be pressed aganst three stops with the enclosed two clamping shoes and thus fixed.
The swing angle is 45°, the repeatability < 100 µrad. The swing time of the motorized version is about 1 s.
- for use with SYS 90
- black anodized aluminium alloy
- mountable onto pin or slide
- manual operation or motorized

| Recent advances in optical materials now provide a common technology path to produce mid and long-wavelength infrared (MWIR & LWIR) aspheres by compression molding. LightPath's Black Diamond technology enables high performance, cost-effective IR aspheric lenses that do not rely on traditional diamond turning or lengthy polishing methods. |
|
Lens holders are designed to position miniature lenses over CCD/CMOS imagers with high degree of accuracy. Lens holder must keep the lens optic axis centered on the active area of the imager. It must also keep the lens axis perpendicular to the imager surface. Some lens holders also provide special features for holding IR cut-off filters and optical low-pass filters. Lens holders are precision-molded with special plastic materials.

- Switchable multifrequence technology.
- Infinitely variable power adjustment
- Selectable operating modes
- Individually configuration because of modular system
- Long lifetime through cavitation resistant stainless steel
- Automatic operation by robotic basket transporation |
|
The new industrial edger specifically designed for durable application, processing ophthalmic lens materials such as plastic, polycarbonate, CR 39 and High Index.
In one process cycle the machine roughs, finishes, pin bevels - new with lathing blades no swarf -, polishes, and measures (non-contact) as well as FLG - Fast Lathe grooving. The ES-3 has a non-contact measuring system for determination of the placement of bevel and pin bevel. The automatic loading system (optional) additionally increases the efficiency.

The Centromatic machines center and edge lenses of 10 to 300 mm in diameter – fast, reliable and precise.
The complementary tool geometry permits processing of complex lens shapes (i.e. not-rotatory symmetric contours as well as not round shapes) without tool change – with two spindles (option) even faster.
The Centromatic grows with your demands, extension is easy, because of the modular construction. |
|
High precision laser engraving system for marking ophthalmic progressive lenses. The CO2 laser system is prepared to engrave semi-visible markings on organic lenses. Marks convex and concave surfaces. Desktop system.

The G-System is the innovative machine design concept enabling to choose the version that meets your specific demands.
Because of its flexible kinematics the G-System machines can process spheres, aspheres, prisms and cylinders.
Two base models are available for different working ranges and applications. The GI processes lenses Ř 40 – 500 mm and prisms with a maximum eveloping circle of 310 mm. The GII processes lenses Ř 20 – 120 mm. Both versions can be equipped with 1 or 2 tool/workpiece spindles, automatic loading system and automatic tool changer. Process steps available are pre- and fine generating, edging, two-side complete processing. The processing methods are: aspherical processing with tool lip or tool cylinder, shapes and centering with tool lip or tool cylinder and single or bath prism production. |

The AC 530-F convinces our customers in working processes by state-of-the-art control-, drive- and measuring technologies. The AC 530 can be delivered as Fine Grinding, lapping- or polishing machine according to our customer’s requirements.
The AC 530 of the microLine range is a development by Peter Wolters incorporating latest innovations and enhanced features for even more applications. The AC 530 sets standards in fine surface planarization and comes with every advantage of it’s larger sister models of the microLineŇ range. This includes various available levels of automation solutions as well as drives and full wheel cooling options. The machine capacity could also be increased by 15 % through the larger wheel diameters – compared to our AC 500. This delivers additional opportunities for our customers to compete in their markets and to gain higher profits. A lower Cost of Ownership level is provided for through extended service intervals.
In the range of Glass Fine Grinding Peter Wolters machines convince especially in:
· up to 1000 µm/min cut-rate
· extremely high workpiece throughput
· extreme cost saving
· low cost per workpiece
· low contamination problems
· ready-to-polish grinding quality

Astrodon® tru-balance filters are the first filters designed to match the sensitivity of modern CCD cameras. Using filters matched with the detectors greatly simplifies all aspects of deep-sky tri-color imaging. Benefits include shorter imaging times, G2V white point balance, balanced OIII nebula color, and pre-balanced RGB channels when using Kodak Blue Plus CCDs.
They are an outgrowth of over a year and a half of research, published in Sky and Telescope and presented at AstroImage and Imaging the Sky conferences. The narrowband filters, H a, SII and OIII, allow you to image when the moon is up, thereby extending the amount of imaging time you have each month. Since they are parfocal with the LRGB filters, you can easily focus on the L or C filter and then switch to the narrowband filter WITHOUT refocusing. |
