Remote RadEye™ Detachable X-Ray Sensor
The Remote RadEye detachable x-ray sensor is designed to fit into small spaces where a complete imaging camera won’t fit. Available with either a RadEye1, RadEye2 or RadEye HR sensor head, the Remote RadEye module sits at the end of a detachable cable that can reach into tight corners. The camera electronics are mounted in a separate enclosure which can be placed up to one meter away. While designed for portable NDT applications, the Remote RadEye can also be used in fixed installations.
The Remote Sensor head consists of a rugged, light-tight enclosure that is only slightly larger than the sensor itself. All standard versions of the RadEye1 and RadEye2 sensors are available, covering both the 10-50kV and 10-160kV energy ranges. A special high-resolution sensor - the RadEye HR - is also available for use with x-rays up to 90kV. A shielded 1m cable (or a pair of cables for the RadEye2) connects the sensor head to the electronics module, which contains either a high-speed digital frame grabber interface or a microprocessor-controlled USB interface.

YXLON unipolar constant potential X-ray systems include 2.25 kW and 4.5 kW versions. The 2.25 kW X-ray systems have been designed and configured primarily for use in manual, semi-automated and fully automated radioscopic applications. The high energy and high dose rates of the unipolar 4.5 kW X-ray systems make them excellent candidates not only for radiographic and radioscopic applications but also for dosimetry and scanning methods like computertomography.
The typical application of each X-ray system is tailored towards specific target areas like low density applications, biological specimens (pathology), plastics and rubber compounds (MG103) and aluminum and steel applications like casting X-ray inspection (MG165 and MG226).
The unipolar 40kHz X-ray systems feature a very high output stability, a precise energy setting and an extremely fast change over to any selected new value. Any fluctuation or deviation of set values is controlled and corrected within microseconds. In addition these features reduce inspection times considerably and highly qualify the X-ray systems for inline inspection in fast, completely automated production lines.

The first combined X-ray inspection system that fulfils all Weights and Measures regulations
The X-ray CombiWeigher represents a breakthrough in modern product inspection offering exceptionally high quality standards to meet the needs of the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. It is a complete product inspection combination system which not only performs highly accurate over and underweight checkweighing but also simultaneously inspects your products for foreign bodies – such as glass, metal, stone and high density plastic – using the very latest state-of-the-art X-ray and checkweighing systems.
The innovative and highly versatile XS3 AdvanCheK X-ray CombiWeigher is built to the highest safety standards in the industry and is compliant with IRR 1999. The HACCP compliant stainless steel (V2A) design, with sealing up to IP65, meets strict hygiene standards and requirements, making this system suitable for use in harsh working environments with a regular hygiene cycle.
A time and money saving combination
The effective combination of the two technologies in one system ensures that you will save both time and money in your production processes: the single multilingual 15” colour touchscreen user interface, with multi-level passwords and user profiles, is the central point for set-up and article management for both technologies, helping reduce possible operator errors and ensure faster production changeover thus minimising downtime. In addition, by using one compact system instead of two separate units, the time and costs associated with line integration, operator training and documentation are also vastly reduced.

Full case inspection to be installed after the packer on the conveyor for crates, cartons, trays and six packs.
The Case X-ray system is a non-contact inspection for detecting completely packed cartons or crates, missing bottles or cans, inspection for broken bottles, empty carton inspection after the unpacker, and rough fill level inspection of bottles and cans inside the closed cartons.
How it Works: The Case X-ray system scans the cartons with an extremely compact X-ray tube. The system consists of a sensor bridge with height adjustment and a control unit. The sensor bridge is equipped with an Z-ray source and a higly advanced detector. While passing the sensor bridge the carton or crate is scanned by low level X-rays. The evaluation of the sensor signals is performed by the control unit. Any case with a container(s) that fall outside user set limits will be rejected. An audible or optical alarm can also be activated to alert the user to the faulty case.

The XR 5 is a digital X-ray camera system of high sensitivity and high resolution in small, light, and ruggedized construction. The image converter screen is a high resolution X-ray converter foil converting X-ray radiation to visible light. The X-ray image is guided via a mirror and a lens to the CCD of a camera. This CCD camera contains a digital image memory, which is pixel-synchronous to the CCD. The camera can be exposed longer than the TV standard (20ms). This way the weak image from the phosphor screen can be accumulated on the CCD and displayed as a high quality X-ray image on a monitor. Due to its intelligent sensor the camera „behaves“ like a film. As soon as there is X-ray radiation the camera starts to expose, stores the image automatically and displays it continuously. The stored image is available on the laptop (or other displays) for further processing or analyses. Contrary to a classical X-ray image intensifier tube with a connected video camera this type of construction has only a slightly lower time resolution, but it is actually lighter, it needs no internal high voltage and it shows excellent performances with rugged applications.
Features:
- Digital system
- Software-controlled by laptop (camera & X-ray-source)
- Internal 12 bit processing
- Very good time resolution
- Software with image data base, image processing and measuring program
- PC-Laptop independent operation
- Prepared for the adaptation to manipulator vehicles40)
- Universal charging set for X-ray camera, source and X-ray generator
- Optional Wireless control and data transmission

MAXIwheel™ Classic is Jacobsen's most popular wheel inspection solution. The system is designed for manual, semi or fully automatic inspection of cast light alloy wheels. If you're in the market for a robust, rugged, time tested wheel inspection system, Jacobsen's MAXIwheel™ Classic is your solution. The system is designed to provide maximum uptime under the most demanding conditions and provide trouble free operation for years. The system is modular, meaning it can be ordered according to your needs today, and upgraded to your requirements should they change.
System components are designed with reliability and servicability in mind. Because of our modular approach, when parts need to be replaced, they can be replaced quickly, in most cases with basic tools. Quick-connect connectors are used extensively to make part changes quick and painless. Even the heart of the system, the manipulator, can be removed from the cabinet to make major repairs easier.
The following video shows a typical inspection cycle. The manipulator speed has been decreased to show detail. In a typical inspection, a wheel enters the cabinet and is picked up by the manipulator. It is positioned in a preprogrammed position in the x-ray beam and is rotated 370°. The wheel is then moved to the next preprogrammed position. After all parts of the wheel have been examined, the manipulator returns the wheel to the conveyor and the wheel is transported out of the machine
