Monitoring & predictive maintenance on-line System The design of the OneproD-MVX system is based on 2 simple principles that result from 15 years' experience in the online monitoring of industrial machines: There is no need to multiply measurements if one does not have a good knowledge of machine operations. All measurement channels must be acquired and processed simultaneously to analyse machines with variable speed or non-continuous operating. Operators are often faced with quasi-permanent alarms when working with usual online monitoring systems. This is due to the fact that operating conditions of machines have changed, whereas measurement settings have not. With the OneproD-MVX system, not only are operating conditions of the machines taken into account (speed, load, etc.), but data processing is also adjusted to these conditions. A genuine monitoring strategy is then implemented for an outstanding quality and reliability of information.
