High performance solid carbide tool used for chamfering, beveling, and deburring edges on a wide variety of materials including aluminum, steel and stainless steel, titanium, plastics, and others.

Solid carbide tool designed with 2 flutes (2 cutting edges).

Use where extremely high feedrates and long tool life are desired. For example, feedrates of 100ipm or faster at only 8000rpm produces a very clean chamfered edge in 6061 aluminum.

A special grade of ultra fine submicron carbide allows chamfering tough materials that would be difficult or impossible with standard cutting tools.

The 90 degree included angle tools which produce a 45 degree bevel on the edge of a workpiece are the most commonly used tools.

Larger tool diameters such as 1/2" allow higher feedrates due to the rigidity of the tool, especially when creating larger chamfers.
