The CHM070TI and CHM500TI by Aaatelec is a must-warmer which comes in 2 models. The first one is the 70W must-warmer which is used basically in butts coming from 200 up to 250 l. For the 2nd model, it is a 500W must-warmer which can be used in half hogsheads or tuns coming from 5 up to 6 hl. This is the ideal tool to use when crop of grapes is made for example. During September or October, the outside temperature is less than +12°C. With this kind of temperature, processing of alcohol will not proceed. To continue the process of alcohol making, one must rise the temperature beyond +12°C.
