Our low-gloss HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) 3D printing filament is very easy to print with and allows you to print technical looking parts with a low-gloss matte finish. HIPS is in the same resin family as ABS and ASA, but is more flexible and has higher impact resistance. HIPS has good chemical resistance, thermal resistance, and mechanical properties - making it an ideal material for prototype and low-volume production parts. HIPS does not require drying before processing and can be left on the printer for longer times without moisture issues. Great low-cost alternative to Zotrax Z-HIPS.
