Cleaning-in-Place was developed for extreme applications in which high concentrations of solid particles are carried away by the oil mist, for example it is most suitable for precision grinding or for die casting machines. Cleaning-in-Place, which is completely automatic, gives you guaranteed maintenance-free operation even under the most severe conditions.
Cleaning-in-Place is specially designed for easy installation. The system flushes and cleans the inside of the oil-mist separator with cutting fluid from the machine tool.
Flushing is done intermittently by an automatic valve controlled with a timer. There is no loss of cutting fluid with Cleaning-in-Place since the fluid is fed directly back to the machine tool.
Cleaning-in-Place works with emulsions/cutting fluide and oils.
