Ideally, the EAT Unwinder is to be placed nearby an automatic wire or strand pusher RP6 EMA (fixed) or EMO (Mobile). One the wires are cut at the right length, they are threaded through the removable anchoring plates. Then the spring-loaded barrels are placed on the wires. Once the barrels are all in position, then the automatic winding up operation can start. Once this operation has been completed, the UNWINDER is positioned at one end of the casting bed. After laying the mobile anchoring plate in position, the machine can start running on the rails, dropping the wires while it moves on.
