The WaveCam 1000 was designed to test the next generation of CD, Blu-ray and DVD pickup heads. The WaveCam incorporates a single frame, dynamic phase sensor that makes measurements in tens of microseconds and works equally well with pulsed or CW sources. The Mach-Zehnder interferometer has true multi-wavelength capability, with all optics coated and corrected for 780, 650, and 405 nm wavelengths. An optional collimated reference source enables testing of small diameter parts from 2 to 6 mm in diameter.
