5M develops and produces systems for laminate production, particularly on the basis of epoxy resins. The 5M production range includes systems with various properties and viscosity, from extremely liquid to highly viscous and thixotropic. Our company developed and patented unique technology for dry lamination. Our LF Technology is epoxy resin foil, which allows dry way of laminate production without any hazard vapours and very friendly to use. This technology is better than prepregs, because you can combine epoxy foil resin with all possible fabric which you want and have on stock. The hardeners made by 5M are predominantly employed for curing of epoxy resins. They are used for lamination, for epoxy adhesives and in the production of prepregs. The optimal combination of epoxy resins and hardeners can be chosen for each application and different production conditions, such as mixture pot life, curing method, technology and properties of final laminate.
