The TENSILON RTF is A&D's newest universal testing machine: TENSILON RTF offers innovative measurement possibilities based on A&D's most advanced technological knowledge and the informed opinions of machine operators that went into the design of this new machine.


TENSILON's primary application is the tensile testing of materials and products. However, by utilizing a variety of attachment devices, users can select various testing modes such as compression, bending, shearing, peeling and friction. In addition, a variety of jigs are available for TENSILON ¨C our unspoken recognition that different tensile test may require different jigs depending on the sample shape and testing method.

Load frame stiffness has been greatly improved by 30%, in comparison to our RTC series.

MSAT (Multi Signal Analysis Testing) software

The MSAT series is not only equipped with functions for testing machine operation, but also data analysis, calculation and data storage for each testing mode. The operator can select from among a Standard test (tensile, compression and bending) mode, Peeling test mode, Cycle test mode, Creep test mode, and Stress relaxation test mode etc. depending on the purpose of the test.
