Flexible metal hoses are commonly used to connect vacuum pumps to a vacuum chamber. In addition, flexible metal hoses are helpful in completing the installation of a vacuum system with misaligned ports or with varying transition lengths between ports. Flexible metal hoses are also used in applications where vibration dampening is required or where hard plumbing is impractical. Flexible metal hoses are available with tube cuff ends (flangeless for in-house welding) or with the following flange families: ISO-QF, ISO-LF, and CF. Flexible metal hoses are available in a highly flexible thin wall version or a more rigid medium wall version. Wall thicknesses will vary with hose diameter. Standard lengths range from 12" to 48" (in 12" increments). Please contact the factory if other lengths are required.
