The ULRIC™ vacuum flange system from A&N Corporation combines the temperature and pressure functionality of a traditional copper seal (CF) vacuum flange with the quick installation feature of an ISO clamp system. The ULRIC™ flange system also provides reusable vacuum seals available in copper or elastomer. The ULRIC™ flange system is a quick clamp assembled, ultra-high vacuum capable flange system. The vacuum seal can be created in two ways - through the compression of a metallic sealing ring onto a "protected knife-edge" or through the compression of a captured elastomer o-ring.

ULRIC™ flanges provide a complete range of fittings to mount with tubing sized 3/4" up to 2" in diameter. The flange system consists of two sexless, infinitely rotatable flanges, a re-usable sealing ring which also provides alignment, and a fastener to compress the seal between the two flanges. The flanges are made of 304L grade stainless steel; metal seals are made of copper; elastomer seals are made of Viton®, buna or silicone; and clamps are available in stainless steel or aluminum.
