The M.E.C. PROFILBELT ® OIL STAT ® belts are used for transporting material over horizontal, slanted or vertical surfaces.
The covering is hot vulcanised onto the belt and must have an optimum dragging coefficient for the material transported.
The M.E.C. PROFILBELT ® OIL STAT ® belts can be supplied in rolls or closed loops with the rubber surface available with different outlines and different qualities, colours and hardness. They are used in sectors where wood is worked, in farming machines, in packaging handling and above all in ceramics. Due to the surfacing on rubber V-belts, it is important to calculate an average shrinkage of 2 to 4% of the initial belt length.
