Glue-bead pleat stabilizers and galvanized steel end caps and screens ensure media pack integrity and maxiumize surface area exposure to dust-laden air. Constructed to withstand the rigors of pulse cleaning, Durashield media features high durability, moisture resistance and superior dust release. The media is composed of a proprietary polyester reinforced with a meltblown nanofiber outer layer for excellent surface loading. Durashield cartridge filters are ideal in applications such as metalizing, thermospray, pharmaceuticals and metallurgical fume. The filters are available for most manufacturers' dust collectors, allowing you to greatly improve the performance of your existing dust collecting system.
