This machine is designed to handle Plastic Screw Cap, Snap Hinge Cap, Click-Lac cap and Flex Band Cap for round / square / irregular shape containers.

Machine main construction by stainless steel SUS 304.
Mitsubishi PLC Control system combined with Pro-Face touch screen.
Fast changeover device and easy machine clearing.
Capping head ( for one size only) with variable speed AC motor.
Auto cap feeder with caps vibrating bowl and cap chute for one size only.
Cap chute with photo sensor, machine will stop automatically while no cap.
One air compressor (1 HP) is required (to be prepared by buyer).

Options

Bottle star-wheel for the 2nd different size of bottle size.
Vibratory bowl and cap chute for the 2nd of screw cap.
Cap hopper with elevator conveyor for supplying caps into cap sorter.
Capping head for the 2nd different size of cap.
